Beautiful... Ooh delicious. Was my first thought tasting the foam first then the liquid as I did not mix it yet. It was a blissful experience indulging in great coffee, the brown butter latte which was supposed to be their must try, top seller. Our request for less ice was granted, and their ice cubes were small not the big ones.

Had the cake as well, was it chocolate truffle. Anyway it has a peculiar texture sort of dry yet airy like I was biting a carton but it was not a bad thing! I just find it different from other cakes I have tried. Hindi nakakaumay. Anyway these 2 costs about php 450 I think...

This place is open, a kiosk at the middle of the path, it is not housed inside a room. Well you know what I mean lol.

The ambiance, wooden stuff are minimalist yet overall still looks elegant. Man I just wish they would open in the north, like somewhere in QC or Manila!

Giving it a solid 5 coz they have plant-based milk (would set you back php 50 though), wooden utensils and biodegradable straw. Oh, very fragrant as well as they were beside a scent shop.

We were really looking forward to trying Cooper’s Coffee Haus, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience—twice.

We visited your One Ayala, Makati branch at 9:30 PM last night, only to be told that we couldn’t order due to a cut-off. We figured we were late, so we came back earlier tonight—9:00 PM sharp. Again, we were told no coffee-based drinks were available because the machine had already been treated with “chemicals.”

This is a coffee shop—coffee is your main product. If machines need to be cleaned, shouldn’t it be scheduled after closing hours? Your listed hours on Google and social media state 10:00 PM, but you stop serving coffee by 9:00? That’s misleading.

We traveled from España to Makati twice just to try your coffee, and left empty-handed both times. It was a frustrating waste of time and effort. If this is your standard operating procedure, at least inform customers clearly.

Please be more transparent and consistent. Customers...
