I went for fast food tonight because I'm in a hurry. I chose Jollibee Rufino because it's closest to our office. The staff are not smiling at all. They're either staring blankly or frowning. Did one of your staff die today? I would understand if that's the case. Been there. The only girl taking orders is not paying attention, not smiling, and taking WAY TOO LONG to take a few orders per customer. The queue monitor is DELIBERATELY NOT BEING UPDATED. The manager, who helps the staff put together the orders per queue number, takes like 5 minutes to analyze what to put onto the tray, when all the types of food are already in front of him. And he keeps frowning at the customers. He got mad that a customer didn't claim his order right away, when I guess the customer already fell asleep waiting for an hour for his order. Every fast food chain has food warmers to keep the food warm. This staff in this branch puts out ALL THE FOOD, exposed in the air conditioning, and after an hour of analyzing and putting the food together (and the packaging skills are also very poor), your food will be served to you very cold.

Read moreI visited here in January 2020. Jollibee is the fast food restaurant which represents the Philippines. It is unique for foreigners to sell rice meals and spaghettis. This morning, I had corned beef meals, however it was ordinary. Next time, I will try fried chicken and rice , which is recommended by my acquaintance.
the next day, I tried the recommended meal . To be honest, TapaKing’s one is more tasteful than Jollibee’s one. there are three reasons. First, the fried chicken of TapaKing is more crispy than that of Jollibee. Second, the TapaKing’s rice contains garlic. on the contrary, Jollibee doesn’t contain it(corned beef set includes steamed garlic rice. it may depend on menus).lastly, I focus on the options.Jollibee offers one drink and Tapaking gives me a fried egg. Both are attractive. However I prefer a fried egg to a drink.

Unfortunately, we did not feel it when we enter this branch. Ordered with the cashier without any greetings , taking our orders took 8 minutes as she kept talking to her colleagues. Order prepared as take away, obviously she didn’t listen to us when taking our order. When we start to dig in, chicken were undercooked,(salmonella is waving) inform the server about it, that it is still bloody. The MT or shift manager approached our table and inform us it is normal. I again show him the part of the chicken that is still raw and bloody. Then that’s the time he told us he will replace it with the other part.
