Chefs Wok 888 (셰프 웍 888) — Restaurant in Malay

I had a very bad experience with the staff . She is very rude!!! Never be back again for paluto!! I asked for their paluto service that cost 300 peso after discount of 12 peso. Cook at 9:pm and pick up at 9:30pm. As they said it takes only 20 mins. To cook. I even mentioned where do I stay. Before cooking I asked them to please deliver instead and pay 100 for delivery charge. And they agreed to deliver it at my place. At 9:35 I called her as I wanted to know if they are delivering it or still cooking it. She said, they are on the way to deliver it. To make it short, I waited 30 mins. For them to deliver it from the time she said they are on the way. Called multiple times and got the answer from her "HES ON THE WAY". HE'S ON THE WAY FOR 30 MINS? My point here is being rude of the staff who answered my calls. SHE DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER. SHE EVEN SCOLD ME FOR ASKING WHERE IS THE DELIVERY MAN. DID YOU EVEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DONT KNOW THE LOCATION? YOU DIDN'T.DONT REASON OUT THAT IT WAS RAINING HEAVILY COZ ITS NOT. YOU DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE INSTEAD YOU SCOLD ME AND CUT THE CALL.

we eat dinner here last night and im sharing you guys my good experience. the place was clean. aircondition was cold and specially their toilet is clean compair to other restaurant the food was perfect and we order a lot from lobsters to buttered prawns and sweet chili crabs, squid calamari, steamed fish plus their scallops with special cheeze thats melts on your mouth is a must try in this place. my kids love it and probably going to eat here again. staffs are friendly and nice they will assist you what ever you need and they where so attentive too. so guys if you planning to have vacation in boracay this place chefs wok 888 is a go to place! hope you try their...
