This low key restaurant is the best if you are looking for fresh, like real fresh seafood. Unlike other restaurants who seem to offer almost all types of cuisine and focuses on the interior rather than the freshness of their food.
First, I like the Tanigue Kinilaw (Spanish Mackerel Ceviche), this dish might be the easiest to effed up due to freshness of the fish and lack of ginger and so on. But they did a really good job on the kinilaw (Ceviche)
Second, Shrimp Sinigang (Tamarind Based Soup) this has to be the most generous portion of shrimp compared to it’s competitors in the surroundings. I like how you can taste the freshness of the meat like how the meat can slides off its shell.
Third, that Pinakbet (squash and other vegetable sauteed in “bagoong sa alamang”or fermented tiny shrimps)
Their Ala Cart is good for 2-3 person. And it is a hearty meal.

Seafood tastes fresh and pairs nicely with the warm rice. Each dish has its own distinct taste, all delicious. We even ordered extra rice. 😅
