Rooftop 11 — Restaurant in Pasay

As the first reviewer of the rooftop bar I have to say it is in the “ok” range but needs work. First of all the chairs could not be more uncomfortable as perhaps they were supposed to have cushions but did not when I visited. The wicker chairs were hard with bars that made it almost impossible to really be comfortable. Service was ok but with a shrimp BBQ the napkins should have arrived without asking. The beer comes in can because of the pool proximity but no efforts to open the can for the customer. No “snacks” are automatically served with a drink and any snacks have to be ordered (where are the peanuts?). There’s lots of greenery which unfortunately means mosquitoes. If you want a garden then you have to minimize water presence or spray for bugs. The pool is well maintained and the water is super clear so someone knows what they are doing. I am really not a fan of canned beer but due to the presence of the pool that is what you get with plastic glasses. A fantastic place to spend an afternoon while switching between Terminals. It's on top of the Hotel, pool usage costs 500 php and you get a towel as well as a shower.
