We mainly went for the view, which wasn’t great as there is a lot of construction going on. With a bit of creativity you can get a decent photo though. Decided to do food and drinks, which is a complete rip-off! This is what we got.. Semi-soft nachos with store-bought guacamole (6 euros) Frozen/cold patatas bravas (9 euros) The tiniest 3 bruchettas, where the side of fries never showed up (15 euros) Spinach croquettes which was the best thing we had, but far from great (6 euros) A caipirinha and a mojito, which was mostly ice (20 euros) Basically no service provided, we almost had to chase a waiter to pay the bill, that ended up at a total of 56 euros. They didnt ask about the food, they probably know its bad, so I had to tell them. The waiter suggested 30% off the bill which I thought was a good gesture considering it was quite pricy and actually not that great. He ended up only discounting 30% on the dish where the fries never came. Disappointing! A total let down and considering all the great places to eat and drink in Lisbon, I will never come back to this one and definitely not recommend it to anyone.

The visit was ok. Only three stars because the waitress was very unfriendly. We waited to be seated and the first thing she mentioned that it is not possible to get a table for 4 people that they only have tables for two. When we asked to put to tables together, she mentioned it is not possible. So, we asked to have at least the tables next to each other. I saw on pictures that it was possible to sit together. In general it is ok, if it’s not possible but the way she talked to us was not very customer friendly. Plus the choice and taste of the wine was quite bad. Cocktails were quite nice though.

I was pretty disappointed in this location. One of the wait staff kept trying to keep my group to two tables even though there were literally 30 of us. It was ridiculous. There was also only one person to serve all 30 people. They didn’t accept reservations so they were clearly unprepared for a group our size. I felt bad and left a big tip because the one server was clearly overwhelmed. The view was disappointing for a rooftop. We intentionally went at sunset, but we couldn’t actually see the sunset. The drinks were good and came out quickly despite the size of the group.

Worst service I received in years. They first told us there was no space. But after seeing 6 people leaving they still said they were full. I raised the fact that we saw people leaving and they said these people came from the couch. Okay sure, I can decide myself whether I want to sit on the couch? Then after being seated we had to wave up to 4 times before someone came to us to get our order.

I have worked in restaurants and bars for 11 years and I could handle the space they have on my own by taking orders and serving (there are like 15 tables, all with 2 chairs, so not a big deal for me) with the help of a skilled bartender making the cocktails and pouring the other drinks.

I know that in these times it might be hard to find good personell, but at least make sure your personell doesn't dismiss or ignore your guests but rather comes to you and tells you they will be with you shortly because their bartender cant handle the requests.

We found it utterly bad and felt ignored and dismissed by your personell.

I would definitely recommend coming at an hour it's not crowded or coming at a time they have found...

Nice space with decently presented food, but where this place fell spectacularly short was with service. It started with two servers arguing who would serve our table, only to wind up completely forgotten about. On a 30° day, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get our water and that was after getting up and asking about it. Our food was served without cutlery, and nobody ever asked us about fresh water or beverages even though we were empty on all things. One server disappeared altogether and one was reading in the corner. Multiple tables were looking for them for water, etc. we eventually gave up and went to go pay. Another couple followed us out of their own frustration. Cherry on top was the payment system was down so we’d need to go down to the lobby and pay. No communication, no service. I don’t understand how we got what we did with such...
