Chili's - City Center — Restaurant in Doha

Mr. Omar, the food attendant who serves us is highly commendable. Nice guy, know his work well and am sure with all his good qualities he will be an asset to the restaurant. Thanks Omar for taking care us during our dinner in the restaurant.

I edited this review as we had another amazing experience at Chili's City Center! Every time we visit, we are consistently impressed by the warm hospitality and the friendliness of the staff. While all the staff members are incredibly friendly, this time special shout-out goes to Christopher, who assisted us from ordering to the end of our meal. His professionalism and friendliness were truly exceptional, and his contagious laugh added a delightful touch to our dining experience. It's clear that Christopher is highly regarded, and we sincerely hope Chili's management recognizes the immense value he brings to the restaurant. He is undoubtedly an asset to the team, and we look forward to our next visit knowing we'll be well...

My visit to this branch was not the best. The waiter seemed unconfident and the menus were not in good shape. I wish I took a photo. However the burgers are excellent in taste but it was served with a stick in it to keep it in one shape due to its size, but the bad thing was the stick was broken into two parts and used for both sides of the burger and we had a piece of wood from the stick inside the burger. This is so very unprofessional and inappropriate to serve the burger like this. You can check my photos and see. Also when I asked the waiter for the bill, he went and brought it without asking if I needed to use any discount voucher, but when he came back I told him I wanted to use Urban Points and surprisingly he said ufff, so he was not happy with my request. Recently, I just came for another visit at the city centre branch. Cynthia was the best and nicest person at the store. She took care of the kids and gave them balloons while we waited for around 10 minutes for someone to approach us to ask for our order. They were out of meat for some selections and were out of some drinks.

Some items like the beef bacon was served cold and the drinks were not cold at all.

The fajita was very very tough and chewy.

To add insult to injury they brought some icecream which I asked them to return.

The service is horrible. I prefer the ezdan location for now much friendlier and much better service food and preparation.
