Promising, but could be so much more!

There is more than meets the eye - inside the walls of an old house, this pub offers a lot of space.

The interior is nothing special, similar to many other pubs in Maribor - a strange mix of different kinds and types of furniture, a so-called refurbished style you can find everywhere, which has become quite boring in the meantime.

The music was too loud for my taste.

Food: I didn't order any. The coffee was on the bitter side, and the lager was very light - it reminded me of American Bud or Foster's (which is not a compliment).

First time to Maribor and found this cosy brew pub. Chris was an amazing host, we let him recommend our drinks and he was spot on. My wine was a fabulous 'afternoon in the sun' white (from his wife's family vineyard) and my husband was presented with the homebrewed pale ale. He didn't want to leave so that says it all.
