I’ve already contacted the management, but I decided to leave a review here so that other customers can avoid this waiter. So: One evening, we were sitting on the terrace, and just before closing, we ordered another drink. After some time, the waiter came and started kicking us out, talking very rudely and yelling. We pointed out that people at the neighboring tables were also drinking and not leaving, so why was he focusing on us? We also asked for disposable cups to pour our drinks into, to which the waiter replied that they didn’t have any and that the drinks only cost 2 euros, so we might as well not finish them. We responded that the price doesn’t matter; if you’ve sold the drinks, let people finish them or pour them into disposable cups to take away. But the waiter was very rude, very emotional. He deliberately spilled Coke on the table and on our friend, then he called our friend "Maricon" continuing to insult us and shout for us to leave. It was clear that he had some sort of mental disorder; no sane person behaves this way, especially someone working in the service industry who should be making customers want to come back. Naturally, our friend got furious. We wanted the waiter to call the police to clarify the situation, but that didn’t happen—he got scared, and we left. The experience left a bad taste. Two weeks later, my friend and I were walking by and decided to visit the establishment again. I ordered drinks, and we drank them. When I went back to the bar to get more, the same waiter saw me and refused to serve me, gesturing something and then completely ignoring me. I asked my friend, who speaks Spanish a bit better than I do, to try. When she approached the bar, the waiter started yelling to his colleagues and pointing at her, telling them not to serve us. The staff were smiling, the other customers were in shock, not understanding what was happening. We asked to speak to the manager to explain that the waiter was lying and behaving horribly toward customers, but our concern was completely ignored. The entire staff just smiled, not even understanding what had happened—total disregard. This shows that the establishment clearly doesn’t care about its customers; they rely on cheap prices, thinking if one customer doesn’t come back, another will. That’s why their Google rating reflects the quality of the place. We’ve decided to take this issue to higher authorities... And here I’ll leave you a photo.
