Amorino Gelato - Madrid El Corte Inglés Callao — Restaurant in Madrid

Rude and staff attitude was not good at all!They are looking at you with despise and rush all time. The guy is disrespectful more than the lady, they gave us the ice cream melted and they say its ice cream of course this will happen? During my stay i go to Amorino everyday and I know the pistachio gelato! Am telling him why the pistachio ice cream has this color? He look at me and he were nervous! Its pistachio you want or no?

I am a big fan of Amorino but this branch was very disappointing. It's located on the "gormet experience" floor of the department store and does offer spectacular views. However this branch did not offer all flavours and the amount of ice cream on the "normal" sized cone was minimal. The outer petals was tiny compared to some of the other Amorinos I have been to. Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar Amorino en El Corte Inglés de Callao en una ocasión y quedemos impresionados! Esta heladería nos dejó una experiencia memorable. Desde el momento en que entramos, fui recibido por un ambiente elegante y acogedor.

Lo que más nos llamó la atención fue la gran variedad de sabores de helado que ofrecían. Pudimos probar sabores clásicos como el chocolate y la vainilla, así como opciones más exóticas como el pistacho y los frutos rojos. La calidad de los ingredientes se notaba en cada cucharada, y el sabor era simplemente delicioso.

La presentación de los helados en forma de rosa fue realmente cautivadora. Ver cómo moldeaban el helado con habilidad y precisión para crear una rosa hermosa y apetitosa fue todo un espectáculo. Los macarons eran de una calidad sublime también.

El servicio fue amable y atento, a pesar de que había algunas personas esperando. El personal me ayudó a elegir los sabores y me ofreció recomendaciones sobre las combinaciones más populares.

Aunque solo tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar Amorino una vez, quedamos impresionados por la calidad de los helados y la experiencia en general.
