The first day I went here I asked for chicken and I got tofu so I sent it back and then when the chicken came out either it was just on the board of being cooked or it was of poor quality. The texture put me off my food. Then the next day I returned because it is hard to find nice coffee in Madrid (well I found it hard) and one of the reviews say the coffee was amazing so I went the next day and got coffee which was ok. It was better than other places I went to in Madrid. (I’m basing the quality of coffee off or places like Australia, Ireland and Bali. All which had really good coffee). While I was there I decided to order breakfast.
Me and my boyfriend both got Turkish eggs. The toast and eggs were cold. I know it said there was kale with the eggs but there was way too much kale! The eggs were so undercooked we had to complain. The lady was very nice and said she would get re do out order and make the eggs hard. The guy behind the counter that she told to redo the order sounded very angry/annoyed (based off his tone of voice) and the guy they severed us the second plate also seemed quite annoyed. What’s it to them? It’s not like it’s coming out of their pocket. Bear in mind the place was quite also so it’s not like they were run off their feet.
When the second order came out they eggs where far from hard they were definitely cooked a bit more than the first eggs but they were still extremely runny and gooey. I don’t mind a runny yoke but the white was very is gooey and runny. Me and my boyfriend both felt have of the food on the plate again for...

Came in for a full dinner and drinks for 3 adults + child. Had one 'special' wish - asked if I could pay for a full salad, but instead of the full combo just select a few veggies for our 3-year-old (who would not eat a complicated salad) - literally I needed 5 cucumber slices and 2 spoons of corn, that's it. The cashier politely said she cannot do that - fine, I asked to call the manager, being sure they can help.
The manager however did not come to help at all. No listening, no interest in helping. Just a smirk and a firm no, won't do that for your child. Take what is on the menu or goodbye. With an attitude. This was not during a rush time. There was not a single soul behind us in the line.
We walked out. Hungry child. 80-100eur less earned for the restaurant and a 1 star review earned.

Drinks are also well-priced at just €2.65, and you can refill them for free, making it even better value.
