Ok, the service is amazing: the ladies are super nice and fast, and really smily and kind. The atmosphere is nice and you can tell this is a “homie” place, people feel at ease and everyone here seemed happy! Great vibe! The food is… well, not the best crepe I ate in my life, which if you only do crepes you may wanna up your game. The crepes themselves are about twice as thick as a French crepe, so overall a bit chewy, and the crêpière at the entrance is covered in bits and pieces of fallen crepe, which to be honest is travesty in any French crêperie. I believe this place has 100% capacity for improvement coz the staff seem amazing, but also a lot of people seem to love it just as it is and if improving the quality means losing the vibe, then absolutely...

My son and I were in Madrid for a week 2 weeks ago and ate here nearly every day. Who doesn’t love crepes, after all?! They have amazing sweet as well as savory crepe recipes, but, most fantastically for me, everything they make can be made GLUTEN FREE upon request! Eat indoors or outdoors with full waiter service, finish off with a cafe con leche a la espagnol (buenisimo), even charge your phone and/or find out the best places to visit in Madrid from the wonderful staff. Prep la Crepe became our real home away from home. Can’t...

I’ve read some of the comments. I’m not sure what the fuzz is all about. The store was very small, when we entered it felt like the host wasn’t ready for people to come in. Crepe is so thin, it was also very very pricey for that kind of meal. Each ingredient was pricey, the ice cream was all ice literally with ice chips wasn’t at all silky smooth and only one flavor or two. I added whipped cream which was also pricey and I got barely of it XD, table was sticky. I...

The decor is absolutely charming, which is always a plus. My friend ordered the “Ferrero”, which was delicious and exactly what you’d expect —a sweet, nutty crepe! With that said, I ordered the ham, egg and cheese crepe (pictured). It was underwhelming at best. I think the choice of cheese might have just been generally bland, and the presentation was plain. Perhaps sweet crepes are their fortes! Regardless, it’s a cute place, perfect to fulfill those occasional crepe cravings.

*"Absolutely loved my experience at Prep la Crêpe! Their crepes are simply delicious—perfectly made with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. The service was incredible, and the waiter was so kind and welcoming. Whether you're craving something sweet or savory, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend for a tasty treat with fantastic hospitality!"* --- This keeps it warm, engaging, and highlights all the positives. Let me know if you'd like any adjustments! 😊
