I usually don’t write reviews unless the experience is exceptionally good or bad — and this one stood out. The food was decent, and the staff seemed polite at first. However, at the end of the meal, when I asked to take home three slices of pizza, things got confusing. The first waiter told me there would be an extra €1 charge for the takeaway box. Food was pretty good. I had papardelle with shrimp and red pesto. There were literally 4 shrimp in the whole dish. I ordered half bottle of wine and the server never came back to check on me or fill my wine. I know it’s not really common in Europe but I thought maybe with the wine, he may have come by to fill it. Worst experience in a restaurant ever… we asked the Cesar salad to come with croutons on the side - it arrived with croutons inside. We ordered gluten free Carbonara dish and a Lasagna Bolognese- we were told it would take 20 minutes. We waited almost 1 hour (52 minutes) and received the Carbonara dish not gluten free…. So not only we waited almost an hour for our food to come, when it arrived it was totally wrong. Super disappointing. We will never go back to this...
