BE CAREFUL - This is a classic tourist trap! I always try to be fair and balanced with my reviews and will often pay several visits to ensure accuracy. This is my third visit to this Zenith. Whilst the food is pretty OK, the staff are very well trained to ‘auto upsell’ almost without the customer noticing… Now whilst I partly admire this from a business perspective, on this occasion it borders on sneaky. So be EXTRA careful when ordering. Because the staff will ask and add things on as if they were free, but they are not! So just say no, unless you want to pay €2 for a small crumbling of granola or €2 for a tiny pot of peanut butter or €2.50 for some avocado spread you didn’t even know you ordered. Sure I am sure the proprietor will say it’s clear on the menu - yes it is, but the staff do NOT make that clear. Then onto the staff, today’s waitress was more interested in her phone and messaging from it, to even listen to my order. We specified clearly what we wanted and what we didn’t want, what came was whatever she entered. Plus my Golden Latte (which is actually good here) was no where to be seen. And some mysterious avocado appeared on my girlfriend’s plate (not ordered). As for the quality, it’s OK, albeit massively overpriced for what it is and if you fall into the upsell trap it frankly ridiculous. On the coffee front, cappuccino - no, it’s a café con leche, that’s my opinion but you can make up your own mind from the photo alone. There are great cafes and brunch spots in Madrid. This sadly puts € before customer satisfaction. Very disappointing. That said, ‘Gigi’ who served us the time before last is amazing and I have no doubts she will go far. Edit: In response to we ‘ALWAYS’ perform a check back. This is factually incorrect, we had no check back at all. Or for sure I would have mentioned that we still had not received the Golden Latte we ordered and mentioned I’d asked for no avocado with my selection. (The extras that are added only become clear when you check the bill in any case).

I recently visited the Zenith Brunch in Madrid with my family, having previously enjoyed their Porto location last year. Once again, Zenith did not disappoint, providing us with an overall wonderful experience. Food: The menu offers a diverse range of delicious options, perfect for brunch enthusiasts. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From hearty avocado toasts to sweet pancakes, each bite was a testament to the quality and there is a lot of vegan options on the menu as well. Price: The pricing is quite reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes of the dishes. It’s a great value for the money, making it an excellent choice for both locals and tourists looking for a satisfying brunch without breaking the bank. Service: The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the manager, Jose. He took the time to sit down and chat with us, sharing fascinating insights about his background and the differences in the Spanish language. His warm hospitality added a personal touch to our visit and made us feel truly welcome again. Ambiance: stylish and cozy. It’s a perfect spot for a leisurely brunch with family or friends. Overall Experience: Our overall experience at Zenith Brunch in Madrid was excellent. The combination of great food, reasonable prices, outstanding service, and a pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable meal. We would definitely recommend Zenith to anyone looking for a top-notch brunch spot in Madrid. 10/10 would recommend :)

Most definitely one of the top brunch places in the city. Visited with a dear friend on a busy Sunday morning. The restaurant was extremely crowded upon our arrival, however, I would like to mention the host (a guy escorting people to the tables - unfortunately no name), his effort was immaculate, his hard work to make every customer be looked after and meet their needs including ours, it has truly made a welcoming first impression of the restaurant. In fact, the entire team were going above and beyond for their customers, very charismatic and trendy. Restaurant's menu consists of a wide variety of delicious brunch dishes. Upscale and modern decor, lots of greenery which really compliments the entire atmosphere. It is definitely a place we will be back to when next time in Madrid!

The drinks were great, cappuccino, latte and specifically juice. The food was alright. My boyfriend’s bacon and egg pancakes were wonderful. My eggs zenith was not what I was expecting and not good. It said eggs, so I was not expecting a toast, the eggs were breaded? It was really odd. And my toast was avocado toast that by the time it got to me was soggy. As well as all of the sides that my server up-selled me on, we’re mid to bad. Mushrooms were alright, spinach was gross, and it already came with a green. So not sure why she got me to order it. My boyfriend’s meal was delicious, mine actually grossed me out. For one of their dishes of the restaurant you’d hope it would be good. Not needing work. Our server was nowhere to be found and little to no help. And other people around us got their food first, and it took ours upwards of 45 minutes to come out. I’d quickly go somewhere else before coming back...
