Extremely Disappointed – Food Caused Serious Stomach Issues

I won't visit this place again.. ⚠️🚫Please dont eat from this. ⚠️🚫

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. After eating a meal from your outlet,(chicken burger🍔) I developed a severe upset stomach that has made me feel absolutely terrible. This is not what I expect from a globally recognized food chain.

Food safety and hygiene should be your top priority — clearly, something went very wrong with the food I was served. I trusted your brand, but this incident has left me feeling sick and frustrated.

I urge KFC to take immediate responsibility and investigate the matter seriously. No one should have to suffer after eating from a restaurant they relied on for quality and safety.

This experience has completely shattered my confidence in your brand, and unless real action is taken, I won’t be returning — and I’ll be warning...

Worst experience and very disappointing service from KFC outlet at Rajagiriya. I placed an order for a 12 Piece chicken in a bucket at 7.45PM on 29th December.2017. and to be delivered to my residence in Nawala. They stated it would be delivered within one hour. It's 8.45PM now no food delivered. Called to find why the delivery was getting late , they stated the order was dispatched at 8.15PM ,but food.as yet . By now I would have called KFC about 8 times and my last call was at 9.30PM , No delivery to be seen . So disgusting and utter inefficiency By KFC. No call from KFC to say they are getting late nor an apology about the delay . At 9.45PM The KFC delivery guy calls to say his down the road ,to bad I had to cancel the 12 piece chicken bucket order . By now I had ordered Pizza's from another fast food outlet close to my home called Rocco's .And it was delivered in double...

Fast food outlets such as these need no new explanation as it is a known fact that fast food outlets in Sri Lanka are only out to grab the customer's money. However I feel a review is still necessary. Ordered a zinger burger with cheese through the KFC online ordering service, they took down my email address and phone number as well...but I was not notified through either one after placing the order. Called the KFC delivery number and inquired about my order as there was no way to track the order too, they mentioned that they would inform me through an SMS after my order was prepared. After getting extremely hungry and waiting for more than half an hour I get an SMS saying that my order has been cancelled. Luckily I did not pay them through card or I highly doubt that they would have refunded the money. Worst fast food outlet ever. Nothing...
