Tried Old Delhi with my friends, and it was an experience like no other. We had our food outside, on the pavement and in the car, which made it feel like a true street food adventure.

The food? Absolutely incredible. The butter chicken with paratha was rich and flavorful, the chicken kebabs were perfectly grilled, and every bite was packed with authentic Indian spices. But the real star? The pickled onions. They were divine—the perfect tangy, crunchy addition that took everything to the next level.

We have now ordered from this restaurant twice. I wish I had taken more pictures but I guess we were hungry 😋. So far we have tried Nihari, Mutton pulao, Chicken pulao, Murg Malai Tikka and tandoori chicken biryani. Everything has been great. Good food, good quantity, good taste and packaging and everything. We are new to Sri Lanka and were having a hard time with too much spice in every other restaurant. But this place has been just perfect. Just the right amount of spice. They are on ubereats for now as do not have dine-in facility yet. But oh my God the food exceeds all expectations. Biryani, the grills, paratha, okra, daal, samosa is absolutely worth the price. Quality ingredients hands down! This is for all those visiting from Dubai or the subcontinent - don't go to any other place if you're craving good food.
