Nobody will answer the phone to answer my complaint
Your company and staff are disgusting. To quote one of your staff members (heavy built blond haired man) "I don't care what you think"
I booked the 3pm City tour and we went to the port tour. No announcement made on the boat, just went in the wrong direction. When myself and another lady questioned it, we were told it was because the boat had a big tour in the morning and the captain didn't want to go the same direction again (which is what was advertised on your website!!!)
I have no issue with timetables being changed. I do have am issue with the guests not being informed and the staff having such a disgusting attitude about it .
To add insult to injury, we were allowed purchase a drink 11 minutes before the boat docked and then told we had to leave our almost full and paid for drinks because they had to set up for another party coming in. After the year this country has had in relation to tourism,your staff should be going out of their way to cater to guests and provide the service advertised. I am a local to basel and will highly discourage anybody usinf your service after the disgusting attitude we received. I will be taking this further including g to basel tourism and will expect a full refund. Your company and staff should be ashamed...

It was planned to be the Christoph Merian, but like half an hour before start the machine had a defect, and they had to move all the stuff to the other ship. Still, rhey managed to give us a super nice evening, with a delicious, well presented dinner. The ship is beautiful, and the view from the river as well, even though the weather did not play along so much. The staff is super friendly, and we really had a great time. The only negative point is that if you want to be safe to be able to pay, bring along cash. We tried to pay the tickets with Reka card, and the machine did not accept it, and later for the drinks the credit card also was not working, because they have very bad reception at Dreiländereck. Attended the cruise but they do not check tickets until leaving the cruise. When departing the cruise they check tickets and tell you your tickets are invalid and harass you to pay despite having paid previously and showing them the tickets and receipt that were emailed. Was force's to pay 24 CHF again to exit to boat. Name on the receipt is Selena Manz. Absolutely disgusting management of cruise.
