La Bonne Fourchette — Restaurant in Interlaken

About half hour ago we went here, asked whether the restaurant was open and the waitress said yes.

So we sit down and ask for the menu. She asks what we want to eat. We say we would like some coffee, and what do they have to eat ?

So she brings the lunch menu, but tells us it is too early for lunch. So why did she bring the menu, no idea.

Then we ask if they have sandwiches or biscuits or croissants, she says what they have, but then says “they” are already closed for breakfast and “they” only give those things for breakfast.

So, basically we took ten minutes to just be told that there was no food or any sort. We left.

I suggest the management to clearly state what is available or not, and not confuse people. And I can’t understand why they can’t give snacks like croissants with coffee even if the...

Embarrassing to be inside a 5 star hotel. The servers were very nice but the food was terrible. The salad cost 14 CHF and was just raw spinach with raw walnuts and a single tiny quail egg. The salmon cost nearly 60 CHF but was overcooked and served with raw unseasoned vegetables. The veal cost over 50 CHF and was definitely just a regular beef steak....
