Hey there! So, I recently tried this amazing coffee spot called Spatz, and let me tell you, it's definitely worthy of a five-star review! The coffee there has this eloquent and Italian style that just takes you on a flavor journey. 🇮🇹☕️

Now, onto the Avocado toast. I have to say, it was perfection on a plate. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy, spread generously on a slice of toasted artisan bread. They added just the right amount of seasoning to elevate the flavors even more. It was a heavenly combination of textures and flavors that left me craving for more. 🥑🍞😍

And let's not forget about the prosciutto croissant sandwich. Oh my goodness, it was divine! The croissant was buttery and flaky, with a golden crust that gave it a satisfying crunch. Inside, you'll find a generous amount of thinly sliced prosciutto, paired with just the right amount of cheese and a touch of mustard. We stumbled upon this charming coffee shop during our visit to Interlaken, and what a delightful discovery it was! Nestled along a picturesque river, the outdoor seating offers stunning views of the rushing waters and the town’s peaceful vibe.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the coffee? Absolutely phenomenal. While we didn’t try the food, the dishes we saw (and smelled!) coming out of the kitchen looked delicious.

This place is a little slice of heaven—tranquil, inviting, and surrounded by natural beauty. It’s a short walk from the train station (totally worth it!) and conveniently located next to a fantastic bakery. Across the way, a lovely park is home to a graceful family of swans and even a friendly resident cat who stopped by to say hello.

If you’re in Interlaken, don’t miss this spot. Perfect for coffee, relaxation, and soaking in the serene atmosphere....

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Spatz was AMAZING to my husband and I on our trip to Interlaken. We had a group of 8 staying with us at the No 8. boutique hotel and we made sure to visit Spatz every morning for breakfast, and sometimes before dinner too.

Their food is fabulous, the coffee was always exactly what we needed and the ambience/aesthetic was adorable. We took many pictures sitting on the patio by the river while eating our breakfast.

Our only wish would be it opened earlier! We loved it so much, there were two days we had early trains and couldn’t make it, we were so bummed! We still managed to stop for quick take away coffees on these days.

The wait staff was so kind and remembered us each day we came back.

We also loved that the afternoon menu had the option for nonalcoholic cocktails.

Spatz is enough of a reason for us to want to return...
