Trattoria Da Rafmi — Restaurant in Unterseen

We were really disappointed with the service at Trattoria Da Rafmi. Even though we ordered food, we were denied something as basic as a glass to drink our own water. When we asked politely if we could have a glass, the waiter outright said “no” in a very dismissive and rude tone—there was no courtesy, no explanation, just a flat refusal.

What made it worse was that they had already brought glasses to the table, but when we declined to order their bottled water, they took the glasses away. That kind of behavior felt unnecessarily strict and honestly disrespectful. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable—we were paying customers just hoping to enjoy our meal and stay hydrated.

The whole interaction left a really negative impression. The food might’ve been decent, but when the staff treats you poorly over something so small, it ruins the entire experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place based on the lack of basic...

We had an unforgettable dining experience at this exceptional Italian restaurant. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made us feel right at home.

The bruschetta with smoked ham and figs we started with was simply divine. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of smokiness from the ham and a hint of sweetness from the figs.

For the main course we opted for the Filet of Beef and the Tagliatelle on Zucchini Salsa. The beef was cooked to absolute perfection - tender, juicy, and full of flavor and the Tagliatelle where a culinary delight as well!
