Today marks the fourth day of our trip to Thailand, starting from Phuket and now in Bangkok. It's worth mentioning that none of the restaurants we visited offered us complimentary water, which is a common practice here in Thailand. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we came across a restaurant that provided us with water. Coming from India, where it's customary to receive a glass of water along with your meal, this gesture was greatly appreciated.
Moreover, this particular restaurant went above and beyond by offering us additional amenities like mukhwas, a finger bowl, side chutneys, and pickle. These small details are often overlooked, but they certainly added to our dining experience. As for the food, we ordered Dal Makhni and Handi Paneer, both of which were delicious in taste. I'm definitely not the expert on Indian and I haven't been to every place in Bangkok, but I can tell you there are a lot of places in the city that serve mediocre food for ridiculous prices. New Bukhara's offers truly delicious food for reasonable prices. I have been especially impressed by the Butter Chicken, the Chicken Tikka, and several of their vegetable dishes. Oh yeah, their garlic naan is incredible! On top of all this, the staff are attentive and courteous and the manager is always willing to listen and help.
