buffet experience was truly delightful! From the moment I stepped in, the warm ambiance and stylish decor immediately set the mood for a wonderful meal.

The buffet selection was impressive, featuring a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. I was particularly excited about the fresh seafood station, which included an assortment of prawns, oysters, and clams that were perfectly chilled and delicious. Update: I like that this place did some changes at last but it's only for the food arrangement location, food still remains the same.

But the star is still it's people. NanNie was super and always remembered us while we come back. PLE was so nice she went all out to help heat up my breakfast. Kwang is very attentive and helpful. If you get them you are in good hands.

In general all I want to say is that this team at Ginger is wonderful, attentive and very helpful

I hit up Ginger for the free breakfast that came with my room and let me tell ya, the Holiday-Inn team really put in some effort to give us variety. I was pleasantly surprised to find Middle Eastern food on the menu because not many places serve that. The egg station was swamped in the morning, but the team handled it like champs and got our orders out in just a few minutes. Just make sure to bring your table card so they can keep track of your order. The drink selection was on point too!

I would love to keep this place a secret for as long as possible but I cannot not review it. The food is on average at least 8/10 on every dish (except maybe sushi) which at a buffet is extremely rare. Value for money for the Eatigo promotion is simply unbeaten ever before. I am finding myself shaking my head at every dish because I just cannot believe how much value im getting. The grilled chicken and sticky rice and spicy isan sauce I can never spell is so nice. The made to order stuffed pitta was my favorite and a nice addition to the buffet. The stir fry chicken in red curry paste was great. What else can I say?
