A good restaurant let down by untrained staff and poor service. You can see from the photos that the food is quite good although the chicken could be more tender.

The big drawback here are the staff and the consequential poor service for a restaurant of this level. One staff doesn't know what a wine decanter is, another doesn't seem to know how to open a bottle of wine and decant it correctly. They also don't know how much to pour in a glass. We had to ask them to stop pouring a few times because it was too much in one glass. We brought our red wine but the restaurant only has glasses for white wines. The worst part is that there's a corkage fee of 500B despite the staff and the restaurant having no clue what to do with wines.

Throughout our dinner, staff was not attentive to refill water, we had to ask a few times for more water. I really hope the staff gets proper training to serve correctly and be more attentive to guests' needs. Otherwise I cannot recommend this place even if the...
