My recent visit to the Mandarin Oriental Shop at Paragon was extraordinary. I was delighted that the variety has significantly improved with regular changes and the introduction of new items. Without a doubt, the "Galette des Rois" promotion stole the show – it's easily the best I've experienced in Bangkok this year.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality extended by the team. Khun Naravadee, the manager, has always greeted me with warmth and kindness on my visits, ensuring a delightful experience each time. Today, I was pleased to meet Khun Vadapete, who carried a bright smile and exuded professionalism in every interaction. Among the many branches I've visited, she stands out as one of the best team members.

Very rude manager. I bought a 540 bath worth of macaroon for my daughter for take away and decided to sit down shortly after paying to wait for my husband, but the manager was rudely asking me and the kids to leave the restaurant because i was not buying it for dining in and he said the problem is because of the service and charge fee is not charged when it's a take away. ( wow it is the tips problem obviously) I think he just need more education on delivering the message to the customer. Especially coming from a hospitality industry. This is considered very very rude. Very dissapointing, mandarin oriental!!!! I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life at The Mandarin Oriental Shop in Thailand. I accidentally dropped 1,000 AED (which I still had with me from the UAE), and to my surprise, a kind staff member came out and returned the entire amount to me — not even a single baht was missing.

This kind of honesty and integrity is truly rare. I was so touched by their professionalism and genuine care. The shop itself is beautiful, and the staff go above and beyond in every way.
