Avoid this location if possible. They are located directly in front of Galata Tower so the view is lovely, but that’s about it.
You will wait for at least 15 minutes for one of the 20 people that work there to come over to you (20 people “working” but only 3 are actually doing something).
When a server finally asked me what I wanted, I asked for: a Sebastian cheesecake with chocolate a latte
A server came by with a tea and I politely told him that I didn’t order a tea but a latte. He seemed very confused but he finally got it 😊
He gave me the cheesecake and the chocolate was cold (it’s hot at other locations)
20 minutes passed and I still didn’t have my latte but I was almost done with my cheesecake, even though I wanted to drink the latte with it. I flagged a server down to ask about my latte. 5 minutes later, it came out.
When I went to pay, I told the person at the register my table number and repeated my order. OF COURSE, the tea was still listed on my bill 🙄 and the person behind the register was visibly frustrated - he made it seem like I did something wrong - I guess he was having a bad day but he continued to be rude. That person on the register should not interact with people, especially with that poor of an attitude.
Overall, DO NOT GO HERE. There are other places with nicer staff, better service,...
Read moreTerrible service. The staff showed no consideration for families with small children. We waited in line across the street and were seated outside, but the weather was freezing, with rain and strong winds. Our son, who was already feeling unwell, was struggling in the cold, so we requested to move inside. Instead of letting us wait at our table until an indoor seat became available, a staff member told us to go back to the waiting line across the street, standing in the rain.
When it was finally our turn, we insisted on sitting inside because of our son’s condition. However, one of the staff repeatedly tried to seat us outside. I firmly refused and said we would wait for an indoor table, and only then did they finally agree to seat us inside. It was disappointing that they showed no common sense or empathy for a family with small kids in such harsh weather. It seems like they care more about sales than providing good service.
On the bright side, the food was good. If you’re looking for a better experience, I’d recommend visiting their larger branch in Sirkeci, which has...

My review is about the staff and this branch as a whole, super rude staff, and a manager that can’t even control anything, actually he was fighting with a table next to me! Super annoying branch! I cant believe that a waiter said to me while i was on the phone “ talk to your friend later now order because other people are waiting in the cold” WHAT????? This is ridiculous!!! Note that that was 1 minute after I sat down! I am paying for my seating!!!
Plus the prices and higher from the other branches! A piece of cake costs 115 tl plus headache and anger! I cant believe I didn’t just leave ! Why is this price??! Because of the Galata view? That you cant even see it! Because of the chaotic and random ambiance around you !
I hated it and they dont let you set peacefully and enjoy, just eat and leave!!! ( I except only one waiter from this review, the guy that was taking arabic and was was seating people)
I recommend Kadikoy branch, they are the best And I am taking about the branch that is right in-front of...
