I tried the new Chicken Curry Rice Bowl today. I didn't like it at all. The sauce was an absolutely bad blend of spices. But why is my review 5 stars?. That's because I rated my visit on the McDonald's app while I started having this bowl, wondering if I should throw it out or eat it some how, and gave my feedback about it. Within a few minutes I received a call from the store manager Ms Angel who asked me to meet her and on meeting, she refunded the amount (AED 19) to me. This was a very prompt response to my feedback. I order staff meal around 3:47 pm (February 16 2022)but as per the cashier named jennyfer she said no more staff meal which is I regularly order if I want a burger from Mac Donald…so I change my order in to Mc wings,I know that order is not expensive..Service is not ok, I think if someone order staff meal or 5 dirhams meal..they don’t care..I am waiting for almost 11 minutes.. all those customers who is behind me in the queue they got their order on time…so I feel really bad.. their staff are racist…bad experience….sorry for my English not really good..so I ask someone if my order is ready and this guy check and he gave it to me (3:58 pm).if I didn’t ask no one cares…hope it won’t happen again specially people working...
