This place is nicely situated in seven dials, so close to multiple tubes. I was on my way to some central training, and there are very few other normal cafes around. I needed a light but substantial breakfast to get me through this training without feeling the urge to snooze, so I opted for the eggs benedict with some extra black pudding. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating, showing attentiveness at every opportunity. I had a coffee and fresh orange to complement the eggs benedict. The coffee was good quality, served in a hefty mug, and the fresh orange was similarly good quality. When the eggs benedict arrived, the presentation was immaculate but perhaps would have benefited from a smattering of peppery rocket. The muffins were crisp and fluffy inside, and the hollandaise had just the right amount of vinegary creaminess to complement the crispy streaky bacon. The black pudding was a solo affair but large enough to spread between the two muffins. It was a very good effort and almost worth the ferocious cost as this came to nigh on 30 quid with the service charge which was well deserved. If you are in the fortunate position of not feeling light of wallet, there are only a few high-end Turkish style brunch spots to recommend above the breakfast club franchise.

The Breakfast Club in London is a delightful gem nestled in the city's streets. Its small, cozy ambiance exudes warmth and charm, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing breakfast experience. The restaurant's beautiful decor adds to its appeal, creating an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of The Breakfast Club is its freshly brewed coffee, which is sure to please any coffee enthusiast. The aroma alone is enough to awaken your senses and set a positive tone for the day ahead. The breakfast menu is equally impressive, offering a good variety of options to suit different tastes and preferences. Whether you're in the mood for classic breakfast staples like eggs and toast or something more adventurous like avocado toast or pancakes, you'll find something delicious to start your day right. Overall, The Breakfast Club is a fantastic choice for a morning meal in London. Its cozy ambiance, freshly brewed coffee, and tasty breakfast options combine to create a memorable dining experience that's sure to leave you satisfied and ready to tackle the day ahead.

This is a response to the manager who left a comment on my previous review. We came from another country, hoping to relax and have a good time. We decided to have breakfast at your establishment because we saw many positive reviews praising the friendly staff. As your guests, we deserved proper treatment. I politely asked one of your employees if we could switch tables, as sitting at the bar was uncomfortable. She said she would check with you. When you came over, you immediately started being rude to us, telling us that you had canceled our order. We were shocked—no one was laughing or causing trouble. I told you that I didn't fully understand because my English isn't perfect, and I asked what had happened. Instead of explaining, you continued to speak to us rudely and told us to leave while raising your voice. Even worse, you proceeded to show more negativity towards me personally and made comments about my personality. We did not expect such behavior from a restaurant manager toward their guests. Naturally, your actions provoked a reaction from us, especially since we were very hungry, waited in line to be seated, and had already placed our order. You could have calmly explained the situation and resolved the issue politely. As your guests, we deserved to be treated with respect. What kind of rating were you expecting when the only thing we left with was negative feelings, we haven’t ate, and have worse mood after it. And now you continue to behave negatively towards me, saying things about my personality. Rest assured, we won’t be returning. Thank you for your attention...

Manny saved our trip from disaster!

We had been here on a previous visit to London, loved it, and wanted it to be our first stop this time as well. Unfortunately, our hotel overbooked us when we arrived and we had to wait to see if we would get a room (with my non-English speaking MIL visiting Europe for the first time - stressful to say the least). At first we thought we just needed to push back our brunch reservation. Manny helped us with that and made it clear not to stress about the reservation time.

We ended up having to book a new hotel further away, and so I had to push back our reservation - again. A few minutes later though I get a call from Manny. He said he had been thinking about us and was going to see if we could transfer our reservation to another location that was better for us (even though my understanding is they're independent and thus was quite literally losing them business).

I was floored - I've never had service this caring from restaurant staff before, and certainly not from a busy brunch joint. But it was exactly what we needed, and we ended up with a great meal at the other location which helped the stress melt away.

The Breakfast Club will continue to be our first stop when we visit. But next time I hope we (actually) make it back to the Seven Dials location! Thanks...
