The Doner Bro's Holborn — Restaurant in London

I was born and raised in this area of Covent Garden and Holborn. I want to thank God for finally providing this area with an actual Turkish fast food restaurant. I want to thank the young owner for being ambitious and brave by opening up this place despite all the competition nearby. I really hope this place succeeds and I have a good feeling that it will. The food is AMAZING! The quality of the meat is excellent and of high quality. The portions are extremely generous which definitely makes it great value for money. The salad items are all fresh and of high quality just like the meat. They are on display and not hidden away, it almost feels like Subway as you can choose your salad. The quality of the salad items here are much better than Subway. Considering the prime location, the prices are very cheap in my opinion, the nearby competitors are charging more and giving less. I think I have already become addicted to the food here as when I came on Sunday and found it closed, I was genuinely upset and my brain malfunctioned for a bit because I felt lost and couldn’t think where I can go for food. Believe me when I say that this place is head and shoulders above GDK in every aspect, from staff, quality of food, price and portion sizes. You’re mistaking me for another customer. I did use Too Good To Go, but I didn’t complain about what I received on the day. I just walked away and ate it at home. Somebody else complained and got extra, it seems.

And you are mistaking the point of the app. It’s not so that you can give customers “surplus food”. The point is that you provide them with food you would ordinarily sell for £12, for £4. What you gave to me you wouldn’t have sold to any customer. If you don’t have enough food left at the end of the day, you can cancel the Too Good To Go orders and refund them. You shouldn’t just give them any bit of rubbish you have left over, but you apparently do.

It looked to me like your staff weren’t prepared properly to serve TGTG customers, and could only deal with the customers making orders using your terminals. Most businesses only do TGTG just before they close, whereas you were still operating it when you were busy.
