Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Atascocita

I've ordered from here twice, food is ok. My second order was today, 2/6 @ 7:15pm taken by a young Hispanic girl. I put these specifics, because if the owner or manager of this restaurant cares at all about customer retention, you'll remove this young lady from being customer facing and place her in a role with zero customer interaction.

I ordered a 3pc combo with okra and no drink. Should be $9.69 plus $0.50 upcharge for okra, totaling $10.19 plus tax. Young lady tells me to pull around without saying my total. I pull to the window, hand my card and pay (still not told my total). I look at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a $6.99 box and $3.99 okra separately, totaling $10.98, still no drink.

I ask if this was a mistake and the young lady proceeds to say they can't do a combo with no drink, so it has to be separate. Sounds weird, but I go with it and say I want the drink then. They then tell me I had to pay for the drink! Of course I refuse and the girl rolls her eyes and walks away. I pull off at this point, because it wasn't worth an altercation.

Was the money my issue.... not really although that's a ridiculous policy if it's true. However, the main issue was the lack of communication and attitude received...

Awful, awful service! I visited the drive thru last night and was told they were out of chicken. Some young lady working there told me that and I asked how could this be? I was then told by a staff person named Warren that "They don't own a chicken farm" Rude‼️‼️ Then the young lady running the drive thru came back and said they only had spicy chicken and would I like some of that? At that point I explained how rude that chicken farm remark was and asked for the young man's name and she would not give me his name or her name, I then told them I would not trust eating anything prepared by them and went to the front door to inquire as to whom I was speaking with and they all went to the back and hid and one nice young lady came to the door and opened it bcoz it was locked and told me that the young man's name was Warren! Never...

I like Church's but this location; I hate. I use to service the Humble, TX location all the time. However, I decided to take a break because of the POOR service. I Wanted Popeye's but couldn't stomach the long lines due to this famous chicken sandwich. Ok, tried Church's again and sorry I did...I Ordered the $20 family meal with biscuits and 3 lg sides. Well, got home only to find; there was only one side. Called the store over and over and it rang and rang until it clicked off. Went there and the girl mentioned the rice orders b4 I could state my reason for returning. The worst part is; she laughed as if the joke was on me...well, I guess it was because she never once apologized. I'm turning this joke around tho...because I will NEVER give these ppl my business...
