As a business owner and executive with experience operating at a Fortune 500 level, I hold customer service, food safety, and human dignity to a high standard. Unfortunately, this establishment consistently fails on all fronts.
Let me be clear: negative reviews are not bought—they’re earned. And the recurring issues here are not isolated incidents; they reflect a pattern of negligence and disregard.
Summary of Experiences: First Visit: Service was average. Nothing special. Second Visit: I ordered 10 minutes before another customer, yet he received his food before me. No explanation. Third Visit: Due to consistently slow service, I asked for my food to-go. After waiting 15–20 minutes, I walked up to check the order myself. An employee became physically confrontational—completely unprofessional. I remained calm, but it was absurd. Fourth Visit: I was served raw meat without warning. Fifth Visit: Again, raw meat was packed without any notice or instruction. No verbal communication, no labeling—nothing. Language Barrier: Employees repeatedly failed to communicate clearly in English. This isn’t about accents—this is about basic, necessary communication, especially when food safety is involved. Lack of Humanity: I witnessed a man asking for water on a hot day, and the same staff member coldly refused. Where’s the compassion?
⸻
Beyond the customer service failures, the handling of food borders on dangerous. Raw meat given without verbal or visual instruction is a serious health code concern. Why is the bag sealed with no indication of what’s inside or whether it’s safe to eat?
As a Black customer, I also can’t ignore the cultural discomfort I feel in this location. The energy, tone, and treatment from staff toward Black patrons feels passive-aggressive at best and discriminatory at worst. We deserve to be treated with the same dignity as any paying customer.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of accountability. Businesses like this should not be allowed to continue without oversight. I encourage fellow customers—especially those who’ve had similar experiences—to speak up, file complaints, and withhold support until changes are made.
We must support businesses that respect both our money and our humanity.

Read moreI really hope restaurants take more pride in preparing to go orders when customers order through delivery apps. This is another one that’s failed miserably and pho is so simple to get right after the hard work of making the broth is done. The flavor of the pho itself was decent but, these were my issues with my order last night:
I ordered through Postmates but noticed there wasn’t anywhere listed for me to purchase extra some extra items I like so I listed it in my notes. “There’s nowhere listed for me to purchase but, extra basil and limes please”. I always ask for it if I’m in a restaurant so I put it in the notes. I ordered the veggie pho which comes with tofu but I don’t eat tofu. So I told myself I’ll just call to specify after adding that to the notes as well.
I call to reiterate everything after placing the order and the gentleman I spoke with said he will let the kitchen know. All good. This is where my issues begin.. I get my food, they literally gave me 3 basil leaves attached to a stem, they charged extra for hoisin sauce which I paid extra for.. and they gave me 2 hoisin sauce packets IN TOTAL… the small packets. My bean sprouts came wet and soggy as if they pulled them out of soup and bagged them… but they didn’t smell like soup. Dirty wet bean sprouts???? And lastly, the peanut sauce served with spring rolls is watery and thin.
Thankfully the pho had no tofu. So obviously they got the notes whether it was from me listing it or making the call and decided to BLATANTLY IGNORE everything else. Also, if you plan to order to go from here.. always get the extra broth on the side. If I hadn’t ordered it, I wouldn’t have had enough broth for a regular order.
Just because the customer isn’t there in person, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the same pride in their...
Read moreMy dad was in the hospital because he just had surgery and I didn’t want him to eat the hospital food so I decided to order him some soup. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. When I received it, it looked really good. We ordered $62 worth of food. I ordered him some Chicken Pho…I ordered shrimp spring rolls, tofu spring rolls, and fried shrimp. After setting up my Dad’s Pho in front of him, I sat down and started eating one of my shrimp. My dad ate his soup and he said it was good then he all of a sudden called my name and said oh my God it’s a roach in my soup!!!! He almost lost his breath!!! Now you know he just had surgery so it was a big mess. It was horrible. I called Uber Eats and they took FOREVER to respond.. They didn’t even offer a refund, which was very disappointing. I called the merchant and he said it’s nothing that they can do. The manager wouldn’t even get on the phone and they were so rude. I didn’t eat any of the food but a bite of the shrimp. I wasn’t going to post these pictures but I’m going to post them everywhere now to let everybody know to beware of this place. They TRULY DON’T CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS AND THEY ARE NARCISSISTIC….BEWARE!!!! The roach was cooked in the PHO!!! Gross!! This is unacceptable!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Update: After having this review up for almost 2 weeks, I received a call from management offering a...
