Iām assuming this is for your Piedmont Park location? There is a young man there in the evening who is always very courteous. I enjoy his energy.
However, the time before this last time there were two women and they were quite rude and inconsiderate as I slipped on the floor. I didnāt fall however because I maintained my balance. The older woman had been mopping and had put the āwet floorā sign by the front door, but I was already in the shop.
So I didnāt see it when I walked toward the case to get a large bottled juice. Instead of them asking me if I was OK they just looked on as if nothing had happened. I said something to them about putting a āwet floorā sign up. They said āoh well we did, itās by the front doorā I said āwell it didnāt do me any good over. there. You have all the rest of the floor and you have customers in here who are not aware that this part of the floor is wet. Try putting it i where we can see it. ā
And they just stood there looking like a deer in headlights and I told them that that was really poor Customer Service because the least they could do was ask if I was OK. And I told them that as a business owner myself (I have a restaurant Tassiliās Raw Reality CafĆ©) that customer care is paramount.
And that if I had actually hurt myself, I could sue your company. Well, I didnāt fall , I only slipped thank goodness. But if I was the type of person that is always seeking an opportunity to come up off of someone elseās negligence, that wouldāve been it. I am not that type of person though. So hopefully this letter will be considered and you can work on training your late night team members to provide a better customer care experience.
Otherwise everybody is always helpful and great. I typically go to little five points or the one on Main Street in Eastpointe those locations. Between those two Iām there literally every other day! Iām so grateful for the nourishment you (Ardenās Garden)...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou guys havenāt evolved with the times at all. I moved back here and came to you guys from 2015-2018 and had a good experience, gone for 4 years and since back have tried you 3 times before writing this review. The place feels like a tiny bit of a scam. First time I was with a friend who wanted a drink like a pina colada, the worker said sure and then halfway through making the drink put these things called fuzzy something into the drink because you donāt have coconut and didnāt tell us. When they rang up the drink they scanned the empty box of the fuzzy bites which added like 7 dollars to an already 13 dollar drink? We told her we didnāt want it and she should have told us before and she shrugged us off.
Fast forward to this month - I noticed this last time (yesterday) that everything is frozen, and the person behind the counter is always asking you for add ins to rack up the price without warning. I pretended it was my first time to see if they would sneakily conjure add ins or walk me through the menu. She told me a few scoops of protein would make it a protein smoothie but didnāt say how much each scoop was (3.50 a scoop) and she put 3. I asked for oat milk and you guys only have silk almond the worst one, and she told me that itās better than oat anyways. Itās always something different, always a different price each smoothie, always a poor customer experience. Only time Iāve had good ones are when I grab a pre made drink and go, which Iām pretty sure arenāt even made there.
My point is you guys use the cheapest ingredients possible, charge the most for each thing, blatantly rack up the drinks, and your quality and taste is sub par. This place wouldnāt survive in other big cities and I think itās my last...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a patron for 3 years with this location purchasing The Grand Slam & smoothies. Since the pandemic they do not allow you to take any of the supplements in the store. Instead they provide it to go. Additionally, they have began to charge a $0.25 fee when you request chasers. When asked why, they mention itās for the container. However, youāre not charging $0.25 for the container for the other containers that contain the ingredients for The Grand Slam. Additionally, they chose to make everything to go so why are you penalizing the customers.
I have made several attempts to contact the store manager as well as the district manager by sending emails & leaving voicemails. I have still not received a follow up. At this point Iāve located another place that offer the same exact services but better. They are also black owned so I will patronize to them instead.
Some may say what is $0.25 but itās the principal. When you were going in before the pandemic they werenāt charging for such foolishness. Itās disappointing because Iāve advertised theming well Iāll continue going to Spreading The Health for my...
