I posted this 6 months ago at the wrong location and would like to make sure everyone understand I am speaking on the Atlanta Cheetah Lounge Only!!! I have been going to Cheetah for 18 years, I am usually a M-F patron. I decided to try a Saturday night out due to the Ed Lover White Party. That music and the Cheetah girls seemed like a real good vibe to me. Unfortunately this experience may be my last at the Cheetah. They charged $25 -$100 per seat per person at the tables. The menu prices were higher and my fav meals removed from the menu options, but they had the items listed online for cheaper. Do yourself a favor and do not ever order the Basil pesto pasta!!! Way too much pesto and garlic so much it is literally disgusting so for the 1st time I had to send it back. I ordered sides of spinach, mashed potatoes, & mushrooms instead. I received a scoop full on each plate. The potatoes were not good, the spinach was over cooked and the cost for 3 sides was around $42 with tax. BTW I have been sick in the bathroom for two days because of those veggies. My old fashions were very very bitter as well. We got money to get dances but then two people came out onto the floor that appeared to be male born that literally had no real features of a woman. If they were female it was super hard to tell for several reasons. Height, strong jaw lines, no hips, no breast, couldn’t move sensually, & the energy was strange. This threw me way off because the main reason I have been so loyal to Cheetah is the Food and Beautiful demur women. No other clubs in town had food or women like Cheetah has had. I have never left Cheetah without spending on dances and I have spent thousands and thousands in this lounge. The vibe in there overall was way off. I get outside and several other patrons were leaving saying they too thought males were performing and it confused them which confirmed I was not imagining those people were too manly for Cheetah. This is not a gay spot and yet even some of the customers were not typical for Cheetah. I usually see what appears to be straight well to do males, beautiful female women dancers and a few well off women patrons like myself in Cheetah. Idk if this is a Saturday thing but sadly I probably won’t be back because I have never got sick from Cheetahs not food or alcohol and now I am suffering because of $42 of side dish veggies that literally cost $7 for the ingredients that usually could feed up to 10 people but this time barely fed one. Atlanta is changing too much and the charm and specialness is being stripped away bit by bit year by year. Cheetah was literal my last comfort zone left in ATL that I felt at home but Now I will be forced to host my own Events and parties at my house to assure good food and great women are in attendance. I feel bad because it’s literally like I am breaking up with my favorite friend. It may be time to leave Atlanta entirely everything is way too extreme and...
Read moreI'm a proud Atlanta native who first visited the Cheetah shortly after turning 21 over ten years ago. I had a great time then and have since always made it a must visit whenever I'm in Atlanta. Few gentleman's clubs anywhere in the country are as large, clean, and beautifully laid out on the interior as this one is.
But I was in Atlanta this weekend and was rather disappointed after my last visit. The club has undergone some major upgrades on the good side, but the quality of entertainers has been steadily decling in the last decade/my last few visits. In that sense it's not the "classy" place I initally remembered it as.
Back when I used to visit in 2011/12/13 they had all kinds of beautiful entertainers...Southern blondes and brunettes, Black, Hispanic, and Asians. A good number of them were international. Many could have passed for current or former college cheerleaders/gymnasts. I heard during the late 90s/early 2000s it was even better.
I've seen a steady average age increase, and many of these entertainers now are covered in tattoos and piercings, have exaggerated fake breasts, and hair color you can tell is not natural. There were maybe two girls in the whole club I saw this past time I'd want to take on a date.
Also, the class these women have now kind of sucks. I understand that going in and being hustled is part of it, and these women work hard for what they do. But I'm not someone who goes in to throw around hundreds of dollars/visit VIP. I'm going to make $100-150 last an evening tipping a few bucks on stage each round and when a girl comes and sits with me. I will always buy a couple dances, but that's it for me.
I'm open and honest about that with the girls, and treat them with the dignity I'd want if I were them. Back in 2012/13 they'd be greatful for anything, thank me both for my honesty and whatever I gave, and move on. Last night I was called "stingy" to my face. One girl even brought me back the $1 I gave her torn up. Don't know if I'll visit again.
Three stars is the best I can do. The setting itself and food is still top notch from what I can see, but averaged with the girls/entertainment, I give no more than two, bringing...
Read moreI personally love the food, drinks, and service here. The one star is for the security company. I do not know the name of the company, so I had to come here. Long story short I was banned from this establisment over a year ago for a disagreement I had with the owner of the security company. I think he has little man syndrome, but he was yelling for me to move my car out of the garage and stated that he would make sure that I could never park or return to the establishment. I laughed, recorded, and posted the interaction via IG. (The valet company parked my car in the garage and I paid for parking, so I did nothing wrong) I also did not move my car, which made him more upset. He then stated that he would call police, so I tried to go back in to avoid that happening. I am not sure why he could not just say hi mam, can you please move your car! I did not curse or disrespect him, but of course like most black men with little man syndrome and alittle bit of power he felt like it was ok to be rude to a woman and a paying customer. He for sure got me banned, and I made sure as many people as possible seen how rude he was during the interaction. Fast forward to a year later I was told by a manager that I could return. I have been to this place at least 3 times in the last month, but yesterday I came to the establisment sat and ate for almost 2 hours and was approached by a security guard saying I had to leave because I didnt work out the situation with the security company. I said no problem paid my tab and walked out peacefully. Dear restuarant owners: stop using these...
