I ordered a veggie wrap and what I got was a HORRIBLE experience. I received a cool wrap / only without the chicken. I took several trips to the counter trying to resolve this over a course of 45minutes.
Here's what happened I didn't have sauce in my bag so I had to get up (trip 1)
Once I sat back down, I noticed that my wrap didn't have black beans in it. So I had to get up and go back to the counter (trip 2). The employee said they would take care of it -- I went and sat back down.
An employee came to me with my wrap opened and searched through and stated that I was wrong, the veggie wrap doesn't have black beans. I was shocked because I've had the veggie wraps several times at several locations. She offered to put black beans in it, ensuing that she was doing me a favor.
I was a little perplexed so I went ahead and googled on my cell phone "veggie wrap chick fil a" and the snippet that google produced stated that it does have black beans in it. So I went to proceeded to let the team know..
This is my (third trip) up from my computer / leaving my belongings to resolve this - I showed the employee the recipe snippet and that it does have black beans in it as per the Chick Fil A website.
The team members seemed to be bothered by me at this point but went to have the black beans added. I went ahead and sat back down.
15 minutes later the manager, Kendrick came and told me that black beans isn't included in the wrap but they "did it for me this time". By this time, my computer was opened and I started my work since I was waiting for so long. So I told Kendrick that I saw it online. He told me "No, that must be an old recipe cause we don't make the wraps like that. It must've been an old article". I went ahead and googled it with him standing next to me.
The recipe on the chick fil a website states the following:
Dated JUNE 6, 2019:
"Instead of ordering our Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, ask a Team Member to build you a vegetarian wrap, complete with corn, black beans, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Dipped in our Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing, this wrap gets even cooler."
So not only black beans but tomatoes were missing as well.
Kendrick insisted that I along with the Chick Fil A website was WRONG. He was VERY RUDE.
This was a HORRIBLE experience. My fries were cold and by this time I didn't even want the wrap.

Read moreToday was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. This location has always had minor issues in regards to their customer service at the counter but today was ridiculous!! I come in around 10:15am to order breakfast when I get to the counter and order the other cashier (Nakia) that was standing in the back started telling the cashiers to suddenly stop breakfast and stated their food was frozen and there was nothing that could be done. (With a heavyyyy attitude ) so then the gentleman at the counter starts asking what can they do to help and again Nakia says we aren’t doing anything order something else. So I asked for her name and she replies “why, what’s your name. What you need my name for. Do you want my Instagram too.” SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Even the guy beside me was like “oh wow”. I then asked for a manager , and was told “they weren’t going to get a manager. So I proceeded to order from the lunch menu. And as I waited on my food , I called corporate. In the midst of me standing to the side the girl cashier Nakia goes and gets the on duty officer to make me leave . For what reason I don’t know . The officer comes up and he was like , you aren’t doing anything so I can’t make you leave and honestly I have no reason too so he allowed me to finish calling corporate . This was even more unnecessary because I literally wasn’t doing anything !! At that point the manager came out front and asked what was going on. He was respectful , but his team not so much. It is unfortunate because I come to this location and every morning and I’ve never had exceptional service here but this by far was just TOO MUCH. I really hope this is handled sooner than later because out of every chick fil a I have been too this location by far is the worst in customer service overall. The manager ridge seemed helpful and as if he was going to address the situation but I sure hope so ! Read moreI recently dined at this establishment and I had a slightly unpleasant experience. Let me start by saying the ordering experience was nice. I was helped as soon as I approached the counter and the food came out shortly. The dine-in aspect is where things started to sour. The dining area was not the cleanest. We had to ask someone to come clean the area. The young lady who came seemed peeved at the mere idea of having to wipe off the table and booth. There was a slight altercation between her and my father. When whipping the booth, I asked my father to move his umbrella, so the young lady could clean the full booth. While moving the umbrella, my father’s umbrella came into contact with the young ladies hands, which knocked the wipe out of her hand. My father and I quickly apologized to her. By this point, she was very agitated and swiftly moved on to her next task. As we ate our meal, my mother realized her fries were either overcooked or cooked in old oil based on their appearance. She moved on the rest of her meal and then asked for new fries. I appreciated the quick exchange of the fries and how I was able to get a refill for my drink. Overall, I felt like there could be more done to keep up the appearance and atmosphere of the restaurant, as there were not many people inside.
