Poor Training. Poor Customer Service. Throw the trainee under the bus leadership by the manager on shift. I have never eaten Korean barbecue before. I was really looking forward to this. My oldest son was back from college so we’re doing family things in downtown Atlanta. After visiting the Georgia Seaquarium , which is awesome. We decided to splurge and eat downtown. A family of 4! I read the Google reviews on this place and I’ve heard a lot of my friends talk about Korean barbecue. Entering the doors and meeting the maître D. I told them I’ve never eaten Korean barbecue before however help us understand how it works and we are interested in eating. We were seated by one host and had two others. I asked questions along with my wife to try to understand how their menu worked. We settled on an option of “All you can eat” That’s key to all of this. Our waiter was on his first day. Not a problem we’re not jerks. He was working hard with a supervision of two other more senior people bringing chicken, pork and beef to our table where he worked to cook it while making some conversation. In no way shape or form was I dissatisfied with this young man who was polite, courteous, and doing his best while other people supervised how he prepared food and transitioned from the different cooking surfaces. Again new experience for us he’s learning not a big deal. He brought the food , he cooked it. We ate we ordered more of what he brought. No Problem. Then the check. PROBLEM! What is a big deal is getting tagged with a $351 tab. I drank a couple cokes. Zero Alcohol! My family drank water. Yes, Water!!! I ordered a side of Ramen, which I knew it was extra. A FAMILY of 4! When I questioned one of the experience waiters about the check, he went back somewhere to talk to somebody. They sent out the trainee. Who was embarrassed. He said the steak was extra. Perhaps he didn’t explain it right. He was ashamed. We aren’t assholes. I told him. Not an issue. It’s not his fault. I didn’t say it then but Im saying it clearly now. I didn’t pull the meat from the fridge. They served us. They cooked it . The new waiter and the two people over seeing him. So, in the end when the manager hides behind the new kid to fall on the sword and who certainly felt bad. I did what I could do. I told him it wasn’t his fault. I gave him my card and I paid the bill. However, I caution anybody eating here to get it in writing and ask after everything they serve is this EXTRA or INCLUDED in all you can eat? I’m really careful with my reviews. I won’t be back. In fact, you want a good recommendation go to the all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse no nonsense expedient service and where all you can eat really means all you can eat! No translation problems there!

Came here for late lunch, early dinner. Decided to check this place out after going to the aquarium on a Friday. It was not busy there, but more people started coming in while we were there. We opted in for the all you can eat for 90 minutes. It was about $33 per person and the whole party has to opt in for the all you can eat option. For lunch, the menu was quite limited, but it had exactly what we wanted. Bulgolgi, pork belly, brisket, and steak. We actually tried all of them. They had a decent amount of bonchon (side dishes) that were also unlimited. The side dishes consisted of salad (very delicious), pickled radish, marinated radish with onion and jalapeño, kimchi, and kimchi cucumber. Everyone gets a bowl of rice, corn cheese, and egg custard as well. The bulgolgi is exactly what you would expect. The portion size was big, but I think they portioned it out for 5 people. The flavor was good and had a bit of kick to it. Pork belly was fatty and thick! Brisket was your average brisket. Nothing to rant about. The steak was delicious as well. They give you one steak to portion out for the table, but it was fatty, but flavorful. Restaurant is big with open spaces. I liked how the smoke went inside the grill, so you didn't come out smelling like Korean bbq. Staff was friendly and attentive. You call the staff in by hitting the call button. The food came out at a reasonable time. Would come back here if I were to come back to visit. It was in a convenient location. Didn't have to pay extra for parking since we were there visiting the aquarium.

Our family lunch at Park 27's Centennial location was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we sat down for the all-you-can-eat experience, we knew we were in for something special.

The meat selection was incredible, and we made it our mission to try every single option available. Each cut was perfectly marinated and fresh, delivering those bold, authentic Korean flavors that make your taste buds sing. The variety was impressive, from tender bulgogi to perfectly seasoned galbi, each bite was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality.

But the meats were just the beginning. The accompanying banchan (side dishes) were equally phenomenal - each small dish packed with flavor and perfectly complementing the grilled meats. The kimchi had just the right amount of tang and spice, while the other traditional sides added layers of taste that elevated the entire meal.

Here's what truly set this experience apart from every other Korean BBQ restaurant we've visited: our server Min. In all our Korean BBQ adventures, we've never encountered a server who actually cooked for the table, but Min changed everything.

Watching Min work was like witnessing a master at craft. The way he controlled the smoke and managed the grill was nothing short of professional artistry. Instead of fumbling with tongs and guessing when meat was done, we were able to relax, engage in meaningful family conversation, and simply enjoy each other's company while Min expertly handled every aspect of the cooking process.

This level of service transformed our meal from just dinner out to a truly memorable family experience. Min's attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience made all the difference.

Park 27 Centennial has earned a permanent spot on our list of must-visit restaurants. The combination of phenomenal food, generous portions, and world-class service creates an experience that's hard to find elsewhere. We left with full bellies and even fuller hearts, already planning our next visit.

Highly recommended for: Families looking for a relaxed dining experience, Korean BBQ enthusiasts, anyone wanting exceptional service, and those seeking authentic flavors in a welcoming atmosphere.

Pro tip: Ask for Min if he's working - you...

I’ve been to a few Korean bbq and honestly this is one I probably won’t be returning to again. We went for my sister’s birthday and we’re hoping for a similar experience as the other Korean bbqs were fantastic. When we entered the atmosphere was nice. However when we got there, they were actively moping around our seating area. This usually isn’t a big deal but the smell of chemicals before eating was super unpleasant. After a few minutes we were ready to order and made repeated eye contact with the waiters to signal to come over. However, none of them came over to us unless we pressed the “help” button on the table. When our waiter arrived he was polite but seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there. This seemed odd to me since most waiters/waitresses are usually nice in part to get a good tip but we’ll get to that. Once our food came out the waiter cooked the meats for us, which was great, however there were about 3 times where he would place the already cooked meat back on the plate of raw meat and then serve it back to us. Felt uneasy eating cooked meat that was being mixed in the exact same platter as the raw meat. Not only that but they were super stinginess with the sides. Had to repeat ask for sides even when he noticed we were low.

After all that I tried being friendly and asked the waiter about how long they had been open and he responded with a “I just started here 2 weeks ago so I don’t know”. This explained a lot. Towards the end we paid for our food and did not feel that he had fully earned a good tip. After we paid we noticed that a 20% tip was automatically included in the bill. Which explained a lot. Aside from the food being semi-decent, and some health codes not being followed it was nothing worth...
