Don't even waste your time. I order from this establishment through Uber Eats and receive a horrible order. My food was delivered wrong and slopped together and was not tasty at all. I complained to Uber Eats and they have the manager my contact info to call me. The manager by the name of Mayor called me and apologize for the incompetent order and promised to redo my order. I called a while later and asked for that same manager for him to redeem his promise and he could not even remember the order. He never wrote down my info and had me wait for him to contact Uber Eats to even verify if I was telling the truth. Long story short Uber Eats confirmed that I complained about the order and instead of that being the proof that "Duh you made this commitment" so own up to it, the incompetent manager told me that Uber Eats gave me my money back basically trying to get out of keeping his promise. His manager skills aren't any, you don't make promises and then don't keep them, his incompetence showed when he never even wrote down the commitment he gave. I told him to keep the burritos they were horrible when I ordered the first time, hence the complaint, and his attitude and lack of proper managerial skills caused me to not even bother trying to give them...

It’s okay for what it is! If you have never been here before, the atmosphere is kinda similar to a Subway. The ordering experience is similar to Taco Bell or McDonald’s. The food is in the same category as Chipotle. The menu is bigger here but Chipotle is tastier overall. The price is comparable to Chipotle too. The service was fast and the place is relatively clean. They have a touchscreen Coke machine and some drink choices were out of stock but 70-80% of them were available. The employees were not sweet but they were not rude either. We got the queso with chips which was tasty but for $5 I expected a bit more cheese. There wasn’t enough cheese to finish the chips. The other sauces that came with the chips were tasty but not spicy, which I appreciated. 😋 We also got a steak burrito and a pork bowl and the burrito was much better. I wanted to come here to redeem my birthday reward but didn’t have much time to dine-in. I called the location to ask if they had curbside pickup (which is listed as available on the app, but on Maps they didn’t have parking or a drive-thru). I was ignored for several calls before a woman picked up. I had to repeat my question several times, she heard me but didn’t understand, and then hung up on me without answering my question. I tried calling again— got ignored again— and then another woman picked up. This one heard me ask the question and put me on mute. Didn’t even say “hold please” or hung up. Just kept me on the line on mute. I’m writing this as I’m still on the call waiting for a response— I’ve been on hold for almost 10 minutes.
