Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

Paying for delivery they charge you automatically for it but yet he still did not bring it to my door the driver really said we not allowed to bring it up, I said even when I paid for delivery plus I would tip then he said oh I don't see place to park I told him its really next turn and it takes u to the same lobby basically two door one huge lobby on door by the parking one on the street so you cant get lost. There is Concierge there also, 24hrs 7days WEEK. Then tryied to argue bk because of the parking when he saw the Concierge from he's parking spot on the main street he said ill leave it here, mind you we have parking space. We even have a drop off parking space its a new apartments building, high rise located 4 min walking distance to dominos where I ordered from which tells you I dont wanna leave my room. There is a reason why I paid for delivery and decided to do delivery so I wont have to leave home which I could be sick or and cant leave home ex..covid. I really ordered 3 time this wee, but wont see me again deleting my account after this based on your driver didnt feeling like bring it up I even told him ill have someone meet you at the elevator but when you dont care about your job guess what you wont care for the coustmers ofc. I would give a -1 if the stars allowed that. I ordered just one large pizza for a local film festival for several producers and panelists at the event. They have been talking all day and were hungry by lunch time. Placed an order at 2pm and they told me roughly 30mins. By 3pm I called them to check in and they said that their delivery person was on their way. I did not get a call back until 4pm. I checked my GPS and the Ponce De Leon Dominos was only 8-15min away even with traffic. If it took 2 hours just to get a pizza to us, that meant they probably didn't even have the pizza ready when I called in and never bothered to send someone out until I called in. To make matters worse, when the delivery person arrived, they called me so that I had to come out to meet them. When I looked around, he was no where in sight, so I called him again and was told that he had the wrong pizza order and had to had back to the restaurant again. I was so angry I told him to refund the order. I have never met a restaurant filled with such incompetent or non-caring workers before. I have already filled out a survey they sent and indicated that I will never buy from this branch again. If delivering one pizza is too much I don't know how they will handle all the other volumes...

Dominos used to be my favorite pizza and this location is so bad that I am not going to eat doninos for a long time. My struggle started with me ordering dominos because I wasn't feeling well on a Minday night. After waiting for 2 hours the delivery suddenly changed to delivered. I was starving and definitely would have noticed if they had come. I would hope for at least a knock on the door. But I tried to call to let them know that I didn't receive the order. They had the phone off the hook so it was impossible to call. So I drove to the store and after they found my order they said that the delivery driver had left it on my front porch which I obviously checked numerous times before having to drive to the store. So I drive back home to not be surprised that it wasn't there. Then I was livid and the damn employees still had the phone off the hook so I was forced to drive back a second time to be told that they would at least refund me. Well they didn't do that either. I have been on hold for an hour waiting to talk to someone. Who can refund my money. I finally gave up and just disputed the charge with my credit card company.
