Dunkin' — Restaurant in Atlanta

Thanks for the first, I hope to be the last worst Dunkin Donuts service I have ever experienced. I walk into this DD happy and ready for my coffee & donuts just to be told "NO". This my money how someone going to tell me how to spend my money. I order the same thing "EVERY MORNING" and never been lied to. Mind you I am a truck driver and the only reason I was at this location is because I have some business to attend to downtown Atlanta. I go from state to state dealing with dunkin' donuts and never had this issue but because of what I ordered the lady told me no because it's weird so disrespectful. Yes I know my order is different don't tell me how to order or what to order. The lady at the counter find giggles about it but the lady that she called over to assistant her on how to ring up a slice of cheese told her no we are not doing that. I don't want anyone fired but they do need to have some training with customer service at this location that's not how you talk to a customer.

My go-to Dunkin’. Which i go-to like twice a day at least usually. The early am lines can be crazy long, go quick, but the parking lot and drive thru traffic flow literally often ends in gridlock. Bad design. Also easy to be cut off on line there’s no designation until you’re right at the speaker, a lot of awkward and rude encounters with other drivers. I just avoid going specifically at around 7-8am ish but will if I’m out already, like i said it goes fast but the line and lot is chaos. There’s a ton of employees cranking stuff out like a factory. Any and encounters have always been notably friendly, just overall great service. Besides that very heavy morning rush which is handled well pretty much there’s almost never a line, rarely wait behind more than 1 ever at all other times. Wish they were 24/7, especially and at least the drive thru, but no they PROMPTLY are closed at/by midnight. My wife came from work and had a taste for donuts. She always passes by this specific Dunkin Donut on her way home. While waiting to place her order she asked an employee to use their restroom (restroom remains locked). The employee then informed my wife that she could only use the restroom if she purchased something from behind the counter first. Not only was that insulting, but the employee would not come up to her to explain this so called rule. This conversation between the employee and my wife took place at a distance. This added further insult to injury. . To the management of Dunkin Donuts. Your employees reflect you! For my wife of 23 years to leave your establishment insulted and angry after a hard days work is very upsetting to me.
