LA’s Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Atlanta

I was really displeased with one of the bartenders attitude. I wish I got a look at the name tag or kept my receipt with her name because she was extremely rude. She was looking at me from head to toe with the most disgusted look on her face. She was rolling her eyes and was giving me a lot of attitude. I don’t know if I was holding up the line because she had to close all tabs first or she thought I was stealing but all she needed to do was say you can pay now. Mind you, she was busy and all over the place making everybody’s drink BUT IM STILL BY THE BAR because I know that I didn’t pay as yet. She called me over to pay and that’s when she start having an attitude. Then they automatically charge this large amount of gratuity to my tab ( 1 drink) . I guess that’s why to workers are mean because they know that whether they are nice or not they will get extra money. Which is crazy to me!!!!!!!!!! I’ll never step back in this place again and I’ll make sure I spread the word of how rude the staff is. That will be my first and...

Update: a year and a half later, we decide to go back to LA’s and give it another happy hour attempt. It was so much better - the bartender/server was really kind and attentive, the drinks were good and strong, and they didn’t close on us so I’m happy!

Lol this place is so terrible. Came in for after work drinks and they told us they close at nine. Then after two rounds (and readying for a third) she tells us at 6:15 or so that it’s last call. We asked them I thought you said you close at nine? And she said they’re hours fluctuate based on how busy they are, or in other words we should go ahead and get going. We definitely were not rowdy or rude, just coworkers hanging out, and maybe we weren’t their vibe, but it was so gross that she just kicked us out basically. Then we get the checks and there is gratuity automatically added. Never ever going back. And it’s a shame because it’s a block away...

I recently visited, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. After being told they close at 1AM by two different employs at 12:08AM lights were cut on and they staffed started yelling “we’re closed, you have to get out.” If you were not moving fast enough they would come beside you and start yelling again.
