Panda Express — Restaurant in Atlanta

Yesterday afternoon I ordered a Family Meal from Panda Express. This location was. The only location that was offering delivery. I never preferred from this location but never had a bad experience with Panda Express before. I ordered at 1:30 for my order to be delivered around 4:30 as that was the cut off time. The whole day I got updated on my order and at 4.20 I got a text my order need specific delivery instructions. Shortly after I got a message about my order being delivered at 5:06 and 5:20 pm. I thought they were just running behind. At 4:41 I got a message my order was canceled. And I contacted the support for Panda Express Delivery (Door Dash) and was told that my order was not canceled and I was able to contact a driver who said he was just assigned my order and was outside the location and the location was closed. Like wtf? Online the place wasn’t closing until around 5:30 and the whole time I’m still getting updated about my order. I lost out on a coupon code from PE and a 40 charge for my transaction is still on hold.

I will never order from here again and will stick to my regular location even if it’s 20 mins out the way. Th have better service and efficiency.

I will also not ever have anything delivered more specifically through Door Dash whether it’s through DD app or a 3rd party company using DD for their delivery services. Their customer service on both ends suck.

Today I called the Gilmer Street Location and again like yesterday nobody answered the phone s. I complained through Panda Express app and will never return to this...

BEWARE

This teams customer service is GARBAGE! Ordered right off the app, and they don't have my food....and then REFUSED to make it for me. This behavior towards paying customers is ridiculous and when you call the support team, we can refund you however it will take 7 BUSINESS DAYS! I don't want a refund I want my food. I have waited almost a hour and a half for this poor response. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU CAN ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING MOBILE ORDERS!!!! Goal is to take your money and refuse to even give you the food you pay for. I would rate this overall experience negative 10 stars if I could. Not worth the headache. I have been eating at Panda express for over 10 years and I will never order...

Ordered and ate food here on Tuesday. The food was not cooked/stored/handled properly. I got a terrible case of food poisoning from this location. The only other thing I ate, besides drinking bottled water all day, were corn flakes cereal (no milk) at 8am and the food had already digested. They sold out of a lot of items and all I was able to get were the beijing beef with fried rice. Not even 2 hours later after leaving campus I am vomiting like crazy at work and then still suffering with painful stomach cramps the next day! It's now Thursday and I'm still feeling some symptoms of nasuea, stomach cramps and bloating. Will never...
