This beyond cute coffee shop is a perfect stop for some drink and grub when staying at the Fairmont Hotel. I ordered the Chorizo taco, a Cappuccino and a Cara Mellow. Total was $17, not to bad compared to places like Starbucks. The items in the shop are pretty pricey but I wouldn’t recommend going there for those things specifically. The tacos were flavorful and the salsa they give you is AMAZING. Ask for two cups!!! I got an Iced Cara Mellow which has caramel and vanilla. I don’t know why that combination never occurred to me but lord, I need to get it more because it was flavor heaven in a cup. The staff was nice and helped me navigate the menu and give suggestions. I loved it here and can not wait to come back!!!

Excellent coffee shop in the fairmont hotel delicious coffee with small bites! would be five stars but it’s a bit pricey in my opinion 7 dollars for an iced white mocha. They have lots of other hotel needs in there like candy and such as well! Very friendly staff and very neat and clean!

I like this place! It has great branding, lots of treasurers to buy and interesting decoration. They did however get very overwhelmed when so many people can down for coffee- I was at a conference and it took my 25 mins to get a coffee because there were so many attendees.

Went today for the first time. The pastries are delicious but their sandwiches - at least the Parisian one - are not good. I paid $14 for a stale, hard piece of bread it was sooo hard that it hurt my jaw every time I tried to take a bite. Ended up throwing it in the trash because it was not edible. Then, let’s get to the customer service, register lady, looked like the did not wanna be there, no fake customer service voice at least…. Looked bother when I was trying to order and tbh ruined the overall experience for me. I want my $14 back for that piece of trash...

First two vista were great. Last visit was below par. Staff forgot my order and I waited over 10 minutes for one coffee. Customers who came in well after I did were served, but I was put to the side.
