Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Baltimore

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I had an issue at this Dunkin’ on May 26, 2025, and it’s now been over a month with no real resolution. The store’s owner initially told me he would send a gift card as an apology — that never happened. When I followed up, I was told I hadn’t sent a screenshot, even though I was never asked to in the first place.

I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. I received an automated email promising a response within 48 business hours — and that time has come and gone with no reply.

This Dunkin location is within walking distance of the Camden Yards stadium, as well as the Convention Center. It wasn't too busy the entire week I was a patron at the location. There are other coffee options in the area, but along with the donut and breakfast sandwich variety and the better than average customer service, it was my first choice.
