Starbucks affiliate — Restaurant in Baltimore

I asked for a Coffee Frappuccino with a shot of espresso. This is what I get 90% of the time across the country (I'm a business traveler). They argued with me that what I wanted was an Espresso Frappuccino. I ended up with 1 shot of espresso and a lot of cream and ice. NOT what I wanted. They copped an attitude. I just kept saying, "It's alright. No problem." Didn't even ask for a refund. Threw away the drink. Today looks like a Dunkin Donuts day. At least they know what a Frozen Coffee or Coffee...

Customer service is absolutely horrible!! Hire someone that wants to smile and serve others rather than open late, treat people horrible, and close early always saying; "Coffee is done 40 minutes before close and she ain't making no more! IM NOT ATARTING TO CLOSE DOWN AT 5, IM LEAVING!" $7.00 @ CUP? ID RATHER HOP ON A BROKEN FOOT 3.5 BLOCKS TO 7-11 THAN DEAL WITH THAT KINDA TRASH SERVICE! HORRIBLE. IM NOT THE ONLY 1 JUST THE ONKY 1 TO MAYBE...

It's important to note that this is a coffee shop called "Rx Brew" that serves Starbucks coffee. It is not owned or run by Starbucks.

It is located inside University of Maryland Medical Center.

The employees working here are so kind and efficient. The coffee is also a cheaper price than a "real" Starbucks location and tastes...
