Went here one morning to try something new. Wife got the Maine Blueberry pancakes with the blueberry syrup, son got the chocolate chip pancakes, daughter the strawberry pancakes with whipped cream and myself the two pancake two egg breakfast.
It was packed when we went, but only had to wait maybe five minutes, which I thought was wild (as in I expected much longer judging by the amount of people waiting). It would become apparent how it was so low as we went in later to eat.
We were seated, kids got some menus to color and play tic tac toe, coffee was brought out quickly and our orders taken within five minutes of sitting down. The food then came about seven or so minutes later.
The portions were solid but not overwhelming. Disclaimer of that would be your mileage may vary based on size of appetites.
Everything was cooked perfectly and all was eaten right up. The waitress was a delight and we never had to wait for a thing despite the place being jam packed. There was a counter that had empty spots to sit at but we didn't utilize that.
Three quarters of the way through we got our check which was super reasonable considering the amount of food we got.
Would absolutely go to again and highly recommend for a no frills straight to the point breakfast spot. I can't comment on a single other item besides what we ate so keep that in mind, though if what we ordered was any indicator I wouldn't hesitate for a second to try something new and/or try it for...

Good food but overpriced.
Egg White Spinach + Feta + Tomato Omelette - Large omelette and a decent amount of feta, but there too many tomatoes and not enough spinach.
Rye toast on the side is delicious! It Came with butter but I asked for one without. Super nice just plain toasted as well.
Lobster omelette (+ mushroom) had flavor, but there was any lobster in there. Not worth $29!
Chili Omelette was good; Love the flavor of the chili of its own, and it went good with the omelette too.
Breakfast Sandwich was nice, but quite overpriced. It was pretty small for the amount.
Yogurt Parfait - really delicious. Fresh flavorful yogurt and went really well with the granola and the fruit in there. Quite a big potion size as well, but not sure I would say it's worth $14.
Blueberry Pancakes - Very very big disappointment! Very flat, and not fluffy at all! Barely any blueberries, and even the pancake batter was very pain. Tried to add the syrup that was on the table, but it did not help. But I did not help either. Took some of the yogurt from my husband's yogurt parfait and that's what made it acceptable.
Blueberry Muffins were a little...
Read moreWe were bummed about the one hour wait at a touristy place down the road. A local turned us on to Jordan's. He said "that's were the locals go". I'm so glad. We were greeted and seated in a couple minutes of coming in. The vibe is small town diner, charming and warm. Our waitress was super friendly ... the friendliest person we met on our trip. My husband ordered the western omelette. He was very pleased with the portion size and cook on the eggs. It came with a wonderful fresh baked muffin which we took in a go-bag and munched on it the next morning. :) I had the blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup & 2 eggs over easy. They were absolutely delicious. I was so grateful that they weren't overly sweet. I couldn't stop eating them even when I was full. So good. The eggs were unexpectedly cooked to perfection. I'm always nervous about ordering over easy. This is a local home-style restaurant. The food is generous and tasty. The coffee is good. There is no bar. If you want a mimosa walk...
