Wendy's — Restaurant in Barboursville

This Wendys I rarely visit but would put it as the 2nd best Wendys in the area behind the Wendys by GoMart off the highway. Mainly due to friendlyness of the employees and ones design and size is bigger and better. This location ive had more rude cashiers than welcoming ones and ive witnessed a lack of gloves alot. Usually the rude ones were older females. So its usually not my go to. This visit was different however there was two young workers upfront one named Cayden(receipt said) and they really made me fell welcome. Quite talkative, but you can tell they loved being there. My order turned out great and hotter than I expected, the garlic parm nuggets couldve had more cheese but was still good. Regret not getting a fountain drink, cause they have the CocaCola Freestyle machine with Daves famous sodas which are Amazing! Normally good for fast food. This trip was different. Person taking my order didn't pay attention during taking my order. He was paying more attention to the people walking in the door. Sadly our order even got mixed up with someone else's. So in the end our food was cold. They offered me a free frosty to make me feel better which I declined. I was never mad or in a rage just wanted what I ordered. They ask the manager to come to the counter. She sent the girl making food instead. But I'd say she handled everything fine. The last 3 times I've tried eating here there have been problems. I will not be back to this location. Today- Most of the tables in dining area were dirty. They were out of several of the drink options. The tray they had put our food on was dirty. We ended up getting it to go. The worker stuck her bare hand in the bag with our fries for no reason.
