Mediocre food, and small portion for the high price. Bagel didn’t seem too fresh. Blazing Bagels is a better option.

Interesting choice of Chais and no additional cost for alternative milks is a huge plus.

Bad service. 4 people behind counter and not a single one thanks the customers - I ate in and watched them cycle through quite a few customers and not a single word to them. For a new business that should be trying to cultivate a strong customer base to survive, it’s funny they can’t even muster the absolute basics of interacting and being kind to their patrons. Fairly typical for Seattle area though I suppose. Customer service is garbage or non existent. That they ask for a tip is laughable.

Then when no customers, 4 people standing around doing nothing when their tables (4 feet away from them) are dirty and need cleaning. The customer has to clean them.

Terrible hours, closed Mondays, and paper...

The food was DELICIOUS. I got the chai rose latte, which I will absolutely be back for! I also got the Turkey pesto peach bagel which was super yum! I love the addition of the (canned)peach for sweetness. My husband got turkey bec which he said hit the spot and he loved the flavor of the Turkish coffee served in a cute cup and saucer. I hate to say anything negative about the atmosphere because the actual restaurant area was very cute with plants and brass decor. The sitting area which is a shared space with other restaurants was very clean but had a basic, modern, cold, food court vibe with metal chairs. There are nice big windows though. Maybe when it gets busy it feels more cozy. We came early in the morning on a mid week day and it wasn't very busy. I wished they had some flowers in the window sill or something. Update Sept 2025: Still amazing avo bagels and chai teas! They have a sidewalk sign now, so it's a bit easier to find. Totally worth a stop for a healthier breakfast that tickles your taste buds. 10/10!!

This is a hidden gem in downtown. It's a bit tricky to find since they don't have an exterior sign yet. So look carefully for the double doors right next to the sidewalk marked with the "Urban Mix" sign. It's inside the market whose doors say 11am-8pm 🤦

The food and chai options are amazing. Avocado bagels, lox bagels, with add ons for egg etc. They have four different chai options, gotta try them all! They're each excellent 👌

Friendly service and they get plenty of regulars that come in waves. So it's either nice and chill or a little busy rush for 10-20 mins....
