Currently writing this in the drive through line (which was/is pretty long). As I was patiently waiting in line at the drive through screen no one said “can I take your order” so I assumed that they were going to take my order on little tablets (like chick fil a). Anyway, I get down the line and one of the employees asked if I had an online order, to which I replied no, and she said did you give them your order back there (referring to the screens I’m assuming) I said no, no one said anything and I was sitting in front of it for a while. I asked if I had to go back through the line, which again, was already pretty long again and she said yes because she was unable to take my order there. Naturally, I was a little upset, I had already had a really long day and was starving and had been sitting for about 25 minutes. So I didn’t want to go back through. I simply asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she went to get one. At that point one of the managers named Gabby( absolutely AMAZING btw) came out and I explained the situation and she immediately went inside To come back and take my order. Was very apologetic about the situation, but I understand things happen. She got me everything I needed and asked for and overall was an amazing experience. I understand that it’s a new business and it’s been very busy and sometimes things fall through the crack. Though it was my first time visiting and had a minor hiccup, I will absolutely be back.
Again, special shout out to Gabby who...
Read moreMy kids and I love Whataburger so I came here while on a business trip. The food was great as always, but whoever thought that it was a good idea to have this size of a dining area right in the heart of Branson didn’t think it through. There are very few tables to sit at causing it to become very cluttered inside of there with no room to sit. There was only one table available when I walked in and I felt bad because it was only me and it was a four top. But it was the only table available so I had to take it. One of the tables was taken up by employees who looked to be done with their shift which was a little frustrating. Lastly, management should let the employees know that if the self check is backed up they should help customers at the counter. There was enough staff to do this. As I was leaving due to the employees, not inviting people to the counter the store was packed with people standing everywhere and no tables to sit at. The food was great but the store is way too small for the area and the staff needs to be more helpful. I know it’s a new store so hopefully that will change soon. For now come here and enjoy their great food but go through the drive thru and eat it somewhere else until they...
Read moreFirst time visitor, Idk what the hype is with these places but a Wendy's Baconator or triple Baconator beats any of these places any day of the week. The place seemed boring and set up for the staff to do as little as possible. Had to ask for every single thing, nothing was available to grab condiment wise. Not even cheese on the burger, and the costs to add things were Insane. Overall the burger had potential but no seasoning on the meat whatsoever, tasted very basic and bland, I make better burgers on my Blackstone at home and can make 25 double great tasting smash burgers for the cost of this place for 4 people to eat at. All I can say is, I dont get it. Just like the time Obama pushed Chipotle down our throats only to find out majority of what was claimed by them and about them was lies or over-exaggerations. Haven't tried In And Out Burger yet, but after the hype these places receives, I doubt its much count either. These places are fooling u to get ur business, running on the guise its a high quality experience, when in reality they're doing the bare minimum most places have always done better at. At least Wendy's u know...
