Headed here because all good sports bars were full for the AFC championship game. We arrived earlier than most of our party and they said that they could seat us with the stipulation that they would use the bigger tables as first come first serve if the rest of our party didn’t show up on time. Cool, no big deal, gotta fill tables and we were not all there at the time. Only thing is, this ‘sports bar’ is empty as the game starts. Even though the host/owner/whoever claims they’ve gotten 100 calls wondering if they could get a table. We’re were fine with moving as the place filled but we didn’t need reminders every 10 minutes.
Service is also very slow. I ordered a beer at the beginning of the game and wasn’t able to get another until the middle of the third quarter. Conveniently, 5 minutes after happy hour ended. The waitress was very nice and understandably busy but the guys at the front were very rude.
To top it all off, we ended up giving up our extra table on our own before the rest of our party showed up and split our group between bars. The table we gave up sat down, got drinks, food, and second round of drinks before I even got to order my second beer. You would think people staying for a game at a sports bar would receive some kind of attention since we are planning to spend money at your restaurant for 3-4 hours.
Long story short, this ‘sports bar’ is annoyed if you plan on staying and watching a game. Slow service and food is not worth the hassle. There is better food and better sports bars in town.
Suggestions: Most people will be more than accommodating if you have tables that need seating. Don’t hover every 10 minutes.
You’re a sports bar, people are going to watch games here. Be a little more accommodating or change your theme.
Train your waitresses to stop by before happy hour ends for orders. You might just get a few more orders that you wouldn’t have if you take orders after (I know my...
Read moreThe manager at this establishment is the rudest person. This man is a direct representation of this business and I will not ever be going back after the way he handled a situation with two women on his patio. My family used to love this place but after seeing this confrontation and the way he dealt with it I will not support them any longer. I get you likely deal with a lot of tourist and get annoyed with them not taking the exact proper protocol when sitting on your patio and or deal with a lot of loiterers but these women should not have been treated in that manner for such a petty thing. Maybe if you are to be the manager of an establishment you should try to uphold professionalism and at least try to be polite to any and all tourist and customers being that they provide you a lot of business. This man is an embarrassment of a manager. Good work pushing away customers buddy that was not ok even from a passerby’s...
Read moreGood pizza and friendly service. A bit hidden downstairs in that pink shopping center at Park and Main. My 9-yr old son had two slices of pepperoni and loved that each slice was completely covered in pepperoni. (The slices were a reasonable size, not overly big.) I had the “Luigi” pizza roll which is pepperoni and sausage and it was surprisingly good with a soft and tasty dough. It was served with homemade marinara which was fresh and tasty. We were surprised there weren’t many people there, but it was a Tuesday night (although in mid August - prime tourist time for Breck). My only feedback would be to change the music. The type of music played might be limiting the clientele a bit. Overall, while it’s pretty good, it’s not the best pizza in town, but we’ll definitely go back - not many places in town serve by the slice and my...
