Disappointing Experience at Seoul Tang and Noodle
My recent visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle was marred by poor customer service and disappointing food quality.
Customer Service
Upon arrival, we were informed that the kimchi dumplings we had ordered were no longer available. Instead of offering a solution politely, the staff member was abrupt and did not express any apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of consideration and professionalism was disheartening and left a negative impression from the start.
Also, For Management- Don't have a Kiosk if you're not even going to let customers know you no longer have certain items on the menu. You literally are money hungry and want customers to pay and then at the end you give us something we didn't even order and force us. Your customer service is so poor, the korean lady didn't even want to give us our money back.
Food Quality
I opted for the Pork Seundad Gukbab soup, hoping for a delicious and authentic experience. However, the soup did not meet expectations; it lacked the flavors I had enjoyed in similar dishes elsewhere. The overall taste was below average, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to others seeking quality Korean cuisine.
Additional Concerns
Adding to the disappointment, we encountered confusion regarding our water bottle order. Instead of clear instructions or assistance, we were directed to find the water ourselves in the fridge, which was not a welcoming experience for customers.
Conclusion
My visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle left much to be desired. The combination of rude service, subpar food quality, and lack of proper customer assistance ensures that I will not be returning. I had anticipated enjoying a satisfying meal with pleasant service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet...
Read moreI've been here a long time ago and I've been back for the first time in years and it's the worst. The rice was not cooked at all, so it was hard enough to chew. I ate only soup without rice. Even though it was a Korean dish that cost about $20, the side dish was only kimchi and it was so tasteless and dried that I couldn't eat it. The kalguksu I ordered for my child is spicier and saltier than Yukgaejang. A young Hispanic man working as a cashier doesn't know how to answer questions about Korean foods, only pointing at the menu and asking what i wants.
My family ruined Saturday dinner with the worst food ever. I am very curious who the chef is. How do you make food like this and get paid for it? I never ever come back again.
Please don't do business like this. Making money isn't easy. If you want to make money from your customers, be honest...
Read moreFirst time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It’s a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts. It comes with a small container of Kimchee and a seasoning sauce. There’s also a bowl of soup (miso?) on the side. The soup is a little bland but the steak tartare is absolutely full of flavor and delicious. If I lived here and could come to The Source regularly, I’d order this all the time!
Service was quick. I was given a pager when I ordered but my food was ready in less than 3 mins. Restaurant is in a food court so the atmosphere is casual and energetic. Just find a place to sit and enjoy the...
