I don’t typically go out of my way to leave a review especially if it’s negative but since I was asked by text to do so, I will give my honest feedback. First of all the atmosphere was fantastic. The appearance and quality of my food was amazing! I ordered the McAllister club with potato salad as the side, it did not disappoint! A few things I expect to see improve as the staff have more training would be timeliness, attention to detail and appropriate responses to questions. I placed my food order 30 minutes ahead of time by using the app; my order was not ready when I arrived. In the ten minutes I waited for my food, 3 customers were turned away and told they were not taking any new orders. I saw many workers busy in the kitchen but several who now had absolutely nothing to do because I assume their position was cashier/ order taking. I ordered 2 sandwiches, both no tomato; one sandwich had tomato on it. We just picked it off, easy mistake to make. I ordered 2 sweet teas with lemon, neither had lemon in the cup. Since the exact same thing happened the day before, I’m guessing they are out of lemons but again I’m just guessing as no one took the time to explain why there were no lemons in the teas. I previously purchased a tea pass so I separately placed that order and was required to pay a ten cents service fee although my pass was already paid for. I used a coupon for a free tea with my first order so it would not allow me to use my tea pass for the second one. I did inquire with the employee at the counter about the charge for my 30 days of free tea; the response was “oh I have no clue” later I saw someone with a collared shirt who I assume was in a higher position and she gave a much better answer. Although she did not know why you would be charged for the free tea, she promised to find out and see what she can do to make this more user friendly. That was a great answer. I will definitely go back the food was great and it felt like a typical grand opening week. Training employees, learning how much food the store needs to get thru the week without running out and learning how their app works and how to...
Read moreI placed my order at 5 and said it would be ready in 17 minutes. i went up to the window The one teenage guy looked straight at me and walked away so i waited for about five minutes until i rang the bell ( i wanted to give them a chance to greet me themselves) and they went to get my food about 5 minutes later a different person came back and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. so i got out of line and waited another 10 minutes. I got back into line and the line was wrapped around the door i waited about 25 more minutes. So i called in and the ended up bringing it out and said that they told me to come back in five minutes which is not what they told me. the food was really good but waiting almost an hour just to get food is ridiculous i don’t think i will be returning for a while. especially until they are fully up and running. You shouldn’t open a store when your employees aren’t trained correctly. there is no need to be waiting that long for a few sandwiches. You guys should close your window until you’re fully up and running or something and make sure your employees are giving us the right wait time. Hopefully next time i come back ill have a better experience but i’ll definitely not be using the window ever again. i don’t recommend going to the...
Read moreEaten in a few times and did one drive up.
Eating in- They’re busy since they just opened. The food is decent, but it feels really over priced to get a $12 sandwich on plain sandwich bread so I changed mine to a baguette. It’s a little more satisfying, though the bread itself isn’t that great (I really like Jersey mikes bread a lot more). The meat tastes a lot like regular cold cuts from the grocery store, not anything fresh. The soups I’ve had were really good. The sweet tea was also tasty.
The drive thru experience was terrible. Went in the morning and there weren’t a lot of people so they were not busy. Ordered ahead and got there on time. The employee at the window saw me waiting behind the car they were helping. When it was my turn the employee just walked away like I wasn’t there. I rang their drive thru window bell twice and it still took a bit for someone to acknowledge me. My sandwich was ready and bagged on the counter so it was pretty obvious the person who helped the car in front of me felt like ignoring me and...
