My partner and I just so happened to be walking past during their "pink party" and decided to go in to see if my partners outfit qualified for a free cookie and so I could ask if they had GF cookies (I have an allergy). The lady at the register was nice and in a good mood, and was going to give him a cookie, but the manager cut her off in a loud, nearly yelling voice and said "no way. That's red." And we laughed about it, played it off and tried to just cut jokes because we didn't really care and don't expect free anything, ever. So it was really odd that this manager kept being absolutely horrendous like she was personally offended by my partner even attempting to join the "pink party" on 08/24/24. It really did seem like for some reason she took it personally and decided we were the ones she'd take her frustration out on. I asked my Q about GF cookies finally there at the end, still kind of shocked, but knowing I was never returning there - even if they had they best GF cookies on Earth.
Weirdly enough, this was not the first interaction like this I've had with this manager at this location. My friend and I went in there to ask them if they had a plastic to go bag we could have (my friend even offered to pay for it) and this manager said "nuh uh. We don't do that here. Move along." Again, like we were a disgrace to even ask such a ridiculous question. I'm not sure what the hell is going on with her, if she realizes her discontent comes off as being a complete b** or not, but she's definitely pushing folks away.
Just prepare yourself for this kind of treatment when visiting...
Read moreCookies are supposed to bring joy but all I ever get from this location is disappointment. Every single time I go here they are always out of cookies and even the ones that they have are typically missing toppings. They used to tell you and give you a forewarning and also show you the cookies now they donât do any of that you always find out after the fact that you paid way too much money for cookies that are missing toppings. Today I got multiple caramel apple cookies and they didnât have apples on them, but they didnât tell me they were out of apples until I got out of there and came back and asked them why the caramel apple cookies didnât have any apples on them. I had to go to the grocery store and buy an apple and cut it up and put it on there myself so I could get what I had been looking at on the Internet all day. I am always on the fence about going here because every time I do they donât have...
Read moreAfter hearing a ton of hype on Crumbl Cookies, I decided to pick some up for one of my top accounts. After spending over $50 on 16 cookies, plus a service fee (?) plus tax, plus a tip for the staff to put them in a box, no napkins available, no utensils to cut and the box was so flimsy I had to carry like a baby, cradling so it wouldn't collapse as I trucked it back to the deck, the only available parking. Cookies met with a luke warm response at best. Although at first you're impressed by these huge cookies and they are pretty, they were dry and without much taste. They left me disappointed and with a stomachache at the $ I wasted. Find a local bakery or go to the grocery store and save...
